Just what I was looking for. I'm at the end of my CSA course and couldn't find documentation on this for some reason so this is greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to integrate Service Now with Salesforce with two different clients. I've got access to Salesforce's sandbox, how can I test the integrations in the Service Now PDI?

Hey, great question, but I'm not entirely sure. I recommend that you create a post in the Sys Admin forum on ServiceNow's community page.
The community generally responds within a day or two, and someone can definitely walk you through the process.
Best of luck, and let me know if there's anything else I can help with.
