Hello I have liked your videos since you took the CSA exam. It was great advice for me to pass my CSA exam for one shot. How would you prepare for this ITSM? Did you use any practice exams?

what's the total cost for the certification, is it 1950$ including courses?
I believe it's about $1500 for the required courses plus the exam.
I am wondering why there is no Knowledge Management in the Exam Scope.
I'm not entirely sure, but there are a few related questions in the exam.
