1 kg mutton
.500 gm onions
3 tbsp curd
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1.5 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
.80 ml oil
whole spices
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp chop garlic
1 tsp desi ghee
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
chop coriander
brown onion
2-3 green chilli chop
3 fried whole red chilli
