@@emersonmiles07 The amp is actually made in the UK. The reverb is a spring reverb tank and sounds really nice, although not quite as much depth as a Fender spring reverb! I think I was using my TC Hall of Fame reverb pedal in this video though!
E. M. Oh I didn’t realise that! Mine is a good few years old now. I’ve heard good things about the new ones so I’m sure it’ll be fine! I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it! 😊 cheers
Ryan Boshell .. it's a great sounding amp definitely. Like any valve amp it can get really loud but I find it actually sounds good at reasonably low volumes so I'd say it can work for home use. Of course, a lot depends on your circumstances as well, I'm in a studio in my garden so I can make a bit more noise than if I was in my living room but even so I rarely crank it too hard! Laney also make a 5 watt version of this amp, which might be more suitable for your needs?! Hope that helps man.. thanks for commenting! All the best with your amp purchasing! Greg
@@GregShute beautiful! Thank you very much. I have a practice amp anyways, so I'd probably use it on weekends while the wife is out!! Haha. I wont be playing it at midnight and I dont live in a church Haha. I'd rather have the power there and not use it always, than need it and not have it (l5). I've watched your superb video, but, can this amp do a decent blues? I'm thinking Peter Green, Clapton, that whole sixties thing? Thanks again Greg.
@@ryanboshell6124 No problem dude! Can't say I've had much experience with the Classic 30, but I know they're highly thought of. I don't think you would be disappointed either way! I've owned two Laney's now, an old 90's LC50 and this Lionheart L20-T and they both sound great to me! I'm also playing through the Laney in this video as well ruclips.net/video/sYGkuj_XoW0/видео.html, this one with humbuckers if it helps. Cheers
Love the tone. I'm thinking of getting a Laney Lionheart.
E. M. Thanks! Yeah it’s a beautiful amp!
@@GregShute was your amp made in China, and do you have the digital reverb on yours? If so, how do you like the reverb on the amp? Thanks.

@@GregShute I just ordered mine but found out the new amps are digital reverb and made in China. I'll see how it goes.

Love the vibe
Really nice groove
Good job
Thank you! Really glad you enjoyed it.
Dude, are you using the pararell FX loop from this amp or have you modded it to serial? It seems to work really fine though some People say it sucks.
No I haven’t used it, I go straight in to the front. Hi input usually.
@@GregShute is this loop so bad like People say?
@@matheusleao2035 I couldn’t really say to be honest man, I generally don’t use FX loops. It’s probably fine though!
@@GregShute thanks
dude! I’m really, really wanting this amp. But, I keep getting told it’s too loud for home use. What do you think?

Sorry to hassle you bud. It's basically a toss up between this and the Peavey Classic 30.
