The media sometimes tries to label it that way as all countries do the same during elections to try and make the other party look bad. Just like Republicans have party members that are extremely far to the right and people say they are trying to slowly merge into fascism. They are not saying they are officially socialists or fascist but simply leaning in that direction with sometimes an obvious agenda to go fully in that direction if they get what they want in this election.

I didn't know much about him either and I was on the Shapiro train and then I switched over to waltz before she made her choice because of everything that he stands for and how strong he is.
