      Yes use a garden stake about 3 inches away from the plant and start to tie the plant towards the stick. Those gardens soft twist ties work pretty well.. depends on a variety of the tomato plant. I will at least use a 6 to 8 ft stake..

      It's good you have cucumbers even starting from the bottom. Just make sure to harvest 6 inches , This would have plant. Will use more energy and grow the other smaller ones. Also it's good to prune off one to two lower leaves. More air flow better for the plant

      So if you have time and you have space I definitely agree with you. You don't need to prune

    Hmm, I was under the impression that the cadeledence leaves do not absorb energy from roots, rather provide it, and they die off once the plant can self sufficiently pull from elsewhere.

    • @Greentgarden
      @Greentgarden  Год назад

      So this is what I think , All plants have to provide energy to the leaves. If the leaves do not get energy, it would not survive at all.. remember leaves.start small and then grow big. Where does it get the energy to grow or even stay alive.. thanks for sharing 🌱
