I love Bayona's movies, he is such a detailed film maker. He has done very different movies from very different genres. The Society of The Snow should win the Oscar for Best International Feature. I knew the story very well, because being from Spain , Bayona IS right, It is a well known story here, but the moviegoing experience in front a big screen was outstanding, it is a story to be seen in a movie theatre first. Bayona expresses through his actors extraordinary emotion difficult to achieve and difficult to forget. One of the best movies of 2023.
