71 year old BTS Army here. What a day! "Seven" reached 100 million views on RUclips in only 10 days. PLUS Jung Kook achieved the Billboard "All Kill" (#1 Billboard Hot 100, #1 Billboard Global 200, and #1 Billboard Global 200 (Excluding the U.S.) and he broke Spotify streaming records. He is the 67th Artist to ever debut at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Another BTS member, Jimin, did it earlier this year. BTS did it 6 times and now Jung Kook. WOW!
This song really has nothing to do with Kpop. It was written by notable people like Cirkut, who has produced for The Weekend and Grammy nominated American producer Andrew Watt who has produced for Justin Bieber. There were also 3 other songwriters. It was also produced by Circut and Andrew Watt and recorded in L.A. The MV was filmed at Universal Studios in Hollywood.
