It’s not that heat flux alone decides a good disc brake system. In fact the major parameter for deciding a good disc brake is material. However higher values for heat flux are preferred mostly.

Watch it from 2:25 you can get the dimensions from there, using dimension you can create the geometric shape of the rotor easily
