I said, 'Will there be any good after that bad?" He replied, "Yes, but it will be marked'' I asked, "What will be it?" He replied, "Some will guide others not according to my tradition? You will approve of some of their deeds and disapprove of others." Referring to Naqshabaandiyya in London, I met the leader Shaykh Nazim in London by default after attending a lesson in the area of Buckingham Palace before I converted.There I witnessed a woman convert kiss his feet. There was a lavish seafood dinnerspread, followed by a mixed social gathering. I was not impressed when he sat next to me and immediately tried to change my name. Many years later after accepting Islam when I was living in Egypt, a friend and I were invited to a womans gathering. While leaving, we were invited back and the hostess warned us to stay away from the women who wear black and cover their faces. Upon exiting I took note of the picture hanging on the wall..it was the same Shaykh Nazim staring at me with his big blue eyes. I immediately figured it out and a few years later I was memorizing Quran, wearing black niqab and specializing in tawheed and Asmaa Allah in Cairo. My journey was almost identical to this brother in that I read Kitaab Al Tawheed in English and accepted this as pure truth. Now in Arabic with sharh from Shaykh Uthaymayn is is even better. The problem is that not a single Saudi or "Saudi Shaikh" who are called "Wahhabi" ever called himself a "Wahhabi" or even categorizes themselves with any other word!! There are no shrines of Mohammmad AbdulWahhab and NOT a single one ask him in their Mosques for sustenance or guidance or blessing or anything else.. and he's rarely mentioned as a Shaikh compared to Alshafe'e or Ibn Hanbal or Maliky...etc and more mentioned as a historical personality !! Plus when you read his books you'll never find anything new, he just summarized and combined all 4 Mathaheb and warn of Shirk according to these 4 old Mathaheb and everything he said he gave a source and evidences from Quran & Hadith.. that's it. IMHO it's all about Shirk and people who are benefiting from Shirk whether financially or otherwise they invented that word "Wahhabi" to smear and to prevent their subjects from leaving.
Abdul Wahabb was the name of the father of Sheikh Muhammad, this also shows Akhi, there floppy research in knowing about the name of the scholar which they are criticising.
This was eerie. I could relate.. I’ve seen the same thing. This was amazing.. I couldn’t stop listening to it. The whole being called a wahabi is something that I could relate to.. so many painful years in ignorance unable to question and change for the better until much later Jazakallah

I have also found what you said at around 21:30 in the video to be true. I reverted from a christian family and alhamdulillah had no issues at all. I know brothers who have come from other religions whose families disowned them. In the UK, as the brother said, there are many muslims from India/Bangladesh/Pakistan who are often quite hostile to ahl sunnah wal jamaa'ah. I was talking to a young brother from Jamaat attabligh once and one of the elders grabbed him told him to stay away from me... Allahu almustaan
Here in Pakistan you will find some "molvi" you say don't read hadith . Just listen to us . Some even do incorrect translation of the Quran to make their points May Allah guide us. Amen

Just to be clear at 17:30, in the hanafi school it is believed that the practice of raf yadayn is abrogated, hence the ikhtilaaf. It is tempting to read hadiths and implement them directly but that's where usul and teachers/madhaahib come into place. That is how different madhaahib draw different fiqhi conclusions based on the same hadiths, they have principles to derive rulings and prevent us from erring.
That is a lie, this shows the Hizbiyyah that some Hanafis have otherwise, students of Imam Numan did Raise there hands in prayer. The Hadith of raising the hands is reported in Mutawattir, hence they became Hadith rejectors at the as well. You read the book of Imam Humaydhi, and many other Imams on this, read the book Juzz fi raf yadayn by Imam Bukhari.

When people reject the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah, they are called Hadith rejectors.

Brother said that the reason behind hatred towards people who follow the sunnah aka the "wahabis" is ignorance. While that is true to some extent, the real reason is the teaching of the sufi leaders like their leader from bareli, who most of them follow. If you read his works, he put most efforts in spreading hatred. While there have been many hate proponents in history, the hatred that Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi has spread is unparalleled. He knew that if his followers didn't hate and stay away from the people of sunnah, then sooner or later they will find that his teaching are false. That is why in his works you will see hatred for "wahabis" is more prominent than emphasis on 5 daily prayers. And its effect is evident even today, as their kids learn hating "wahabis" even before they learn reciting Al-Fatiha.

He has chosen you (for His task) and He has not laid upon you any hardship in religion. Keep to the faith of your father Abraham. Allah named you Muslims earlier and even in this (Book) that the Messenger may be a witness over you and that you may be witnesses over all mankind. So establish Prayer and pay Zakah and hold fast to Allah. He is your Protector. What an excellent Protector; what an excellent Helper!

Ahllul Bedah is the synonym word to Shi'ism regardless whether they are Hanafi, Shafei, Malaki or what have you. Imam Wahab was a Scholar and a brave Mujahid. It was the rahmat and favor of Allah (Azzawajal) for sending Imam Wahab to prevent the spread of Shia, the spread of Beddah to the Arabian Peninsula. Without the blessing of Allah (Azzawajal) through Imam Wahab, the mother and the father of Rassululah, both non believers, would have been added to the Saint imams of Shia and worshiped
Big difference between the reverts and misguided deviant Muslims. Br Saajid making that comparison is not correct. The sufi still swore to the shahadah, enjoined Salaah fasted during Ramadaan performed hajj. May Allah still accept those deeds and may it weigh heavy on the scales. Insha'Allah. It's not like this brother had to say his shahadah all over again.

Why Is this because imam e ahlesunnat ahmed rida khan against each and every of your unjust fatwas that you issued by moulding people's beliefs according to your understanding and then issued fatwas on them and you did not refrain from issuing fatwas on shirk Ahmed rida khan barelvi mistake is that he defended real classical teachings of Islam and our Beloved prophet(علیہ الصلوۃ والسلام) , ahmed rida didn't tolerate even a bit of weak statement for our beloved(صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم) and by the grace of Allah(جل جلالہ) he instilled love of prophet(علیہ الصلوۃ والسلام) in our hearts . May Allah fill his grave with light And give hidayah to those who are on wrong path.

It is used by the Muslim Brotherhood and political groups with the aim of saying that the political movement of Sheikh Muhammad Abd al-Wahhab was an exodus and division among Muslims and a destruction of the unity of Muslims.
There are some who hold the belief that Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahab (hence, "Wahabi") was a deviant extremist. Some people label those who take strict adherence regarding as-salif as-salih as "Wahabi" or more commonly..."psuedo-salafi".
@@revivalist355 Well from what I can tell with this video, he was a Muslim who preached the Quran and Sunnah. I'm not knowledgeable much about the history of these sects. I mainly observe the conversations on RUclips. I don't dabble much into the history. I try to follow the Quran and Sunnah. Also Sajjad never said he was a Wahhabi did he? I don't see how you can label him as such. I am not too knowledgeable so I don't mind you informing me though.

Yes Allah is over the Throne, this the Salaf, like the 4 Mathhab & 6 hadith, Tabari the father of Tafsir, Tahawi & other Sunni imams say but Allah's Attributes encompass creation, like in Quran 20 :46 or 7 :7!
Islam is the middle path, Allah is over and separate from creation, we don't say Allah is in creation like idols nor non existant and not over the Throne as Creator like the Jahmi atheists or Firaun in Quran 40 :37!
There is 2 types of Sufi, one means Zhud which is good and that term can be used to avoid confusion, another type of sufi is batini which says they can change Islam like the she'ah!
Referring to Naqshabaandiyya in London, I met the leader Shaykh Nazim in London by default after attending a lesson in the area of Buckingham Palace before I converted.There I witnessed a woman convert kiss his feet.
There was a lavish seafood dinnerspread, followed by a mixed social gathering. I was not impressed when he sat next to me and immediately tried to change my name.
Many years later after accepting Islam when I was living in Egypt, a friend and I were invited to a womans gathering. While leaving, we were invited back and the hostess warned us to stay away from the women who wear black and cover their faces.
Upon exiting I took note of the picture hanging on the wall..it was the same Shaykh Nazim staring at me with his big blue eyes.
I immediately figured it out and a few years later I was memorizing Quran, wearing black niqab and specializing in tawheed and Asmaa Allah in Cairo.
My journey was almost identical to this brother in that I read Kitaab Al Tawheed in English and accepted this as pure truth. Now in Arabic with sharh from Shaykh Uthaymayn is is even better.

The problem is that not a single Saudi or "Saudi Shaikh" who are called "Wahhabi" ever called himself a "Wahhabi" or even categorizes themselves with any other word!! There are no shrines of Mohammmad AbdulWahhab and NOT a single one ask him in their Mosques for sustenance or guidance or blessing or anything else.. and he's rarely mentioned as a Shaikh compared to Alshafe'e or Ibn Hanbal or Maliky...etc and more mentioned as a historical personality !!
Plus when you read his books you'll never find anything new, he just summarized and combined all 4 Mathaheb and warn of Shirk according to these 4 old Mathaheb and everything he said he gave a source and evidences from Quran & Hadith.. that's it.
IMHO it's all about Shirk and people who are benefiting from Shirk whether financially or otherwise they invented that word "Wahhabi" to smear and to prevent their subjects from leaving.

I have also found what you said at around 21:30 in the video to be true. I reverted from a christian family and alhamdulillah had no issues at all. I know brothers who have come from other religions whose families disowned them. Just to be clear at 17:30, in the hanafi school it is believed that the practice of raf yadayn is abrogated, hence the ikhtilaaf. It is tempting to read hadiths and implement them directly but that's where usul and teachers/madhaahib come into place. That is how different madhaahib draw different fiqhi conclusions based on the same hadiths, they have principles to derive rulings and prevent us from erring.
That is a lie, this shows the Hizbiyyah that some Hanafis have otherwise, students of Imam Numan did Raise there hands in prayer. The Hadith of raising the hands is reported in Mutawattir, hence they became Hadith rejectors at the as well. You read the book of Imam Humaydhi, and many other Imams on this, read the book Juzz fi raf yadayn by Imam Bukhari.

Brother said that the reason behind hatred towards people who follow the sunnah aka the "wahabis" is ignorance. While that is true to some extent, the real reason is the teaching of the sufi leaders like their leader from bareli, who most of them follow. If you read his works, he put most efforts in spreading hatred. While there have been many hate proponents in history, the hatred that Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi has spread is unparalleled. He knew that if his followers didn't hate and stay away from the people of sunnah, then sooner or later they will find that his teaching are false. That is why in his works you will see hatred for "wahabis" is more prominent than emphasis on 5 daily prayers. And its effect is evident even today, as their kids learn hating "wahabis" even before they learn reciting Al-Fatiha.

Imam Wahab was a Scholar and a brave Mujahid. It was the rahmat and favor of Allah (Azzawajal) for sending Imam Wahab to prevent the spread of Shia, the spread of Beddah to the Arabian Peninsula. Without the blessing of Allah (Azzawajal) through Imam Wahab, the mother and the father of Rassululah, both non believers, would have been added to the Saint imams of Shia and worshiped
Akhi, the sheikh name was Muhammad, Abdul Wahhab was his father name.
Big difference between the reverts and misguided deviant Muslims. Br Saajid making that comparison is not correct. The sufi still swore to the shahadah, enjoined Salaah fasted during Ramadaan performed hajj. May Allah still accept those deeds and may it weigh heavy on the scales. Insha'Allah. It's not like this brother had to say his shahadah all over again.

Ahmed rida khan barelvi mistake is that he defended real classical teachings of Islam and our Beloved prophet(علیہ الصلوۃ والسلام) , ahmed rida didn't tolerate even a bit of weak statement for our beloved(صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم) and by the grace of Allah(جل جلالہ) he instilled love of prophet(علیہ الصلوۃ والسلام) in our hearts .
May Allah fill his grave with light

It is used by the Muslim Brotherhood and political groups with the aim of saying that the political movement of Sheikh Muhammad Abd al-Wahhab was an exodus and division among Muslims and a destruction of the unity of Muslims.
There are some who hold the belief that Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahab (hence, "Wahabi") was a deviant extremist. Some people label those who take strict adherence regarding as-salif as-salih as "Wahabi" or more commonly..."psuedo-salafi".

@@revivalist355 Well from what I can tell with this video, he was a Muslim who preached the Quran and Sunnah. I'm not knowledgeable much about the history of these sects. I mainly observe the conversations on RUclips. I don't dabble much into the history. I try to follow the Quran and Sunnah.
