Tips I can think of atm are
download assets that can help speeding up your animation workflow. One I always get first is the close and fill tool (specifically the one with ice cream icon.)
Before you start making an animation, Set your first frame as folder so you can manipulate frames easily.
Lastly, enable animation cel and use light table. It helps so much 😩🙏
