Great video Dan! I appreciate you giving your honest opinion of our products!! I'm enjoying reading the comments as well... Thanks for making my day, ~Wayne
I love this company, the beard butter is the best I’ve used and I’ve tried 25 or so different companies. Oil is solid scents are basic but nice. The cigar vanilla is awesome.
NAIL IT DAN. I think at one point in my bearded journey i had all of the beard oils that these guys offer. Top sense for me is bay rum (gf favorite of all oils) cigar blend and Viking. I still order or get this as a gift and like it in bearded still. I have switched to a more local company to me for my 90 percent of what i buy and wear because i like to support local it's a really and friends. 🤙
I am a huge fan of Grave Before Shave and their beard oils, my first was the Cigar Blend and I was hooked for over a year with it, and just recently got the Bay Rum, which has a bit more of a kick to it, but smells incredibly rich, now I'm up in debate on my next choice!
I do enjoy the bay rum and use it more than any of the other scents but I heard so many good reviews that I had to try the Aphrodisiac and I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
A perfect review, as always. Grave smells great in its various forms. Amish, not so great. Amish is perhaps a better beard oil. But the scent just doesn't cut it. So, I don't use Amish that much now (Seven Potions, yes). Prefer to have the wife of 38 years enjoy beard oil scents that she likes. Love you, Dan C.!
This is a really good company to start with! Beard oil and beard wash would be the most important products. Here is a good starter video too: ruclips.net/video/rfwx__prn4U/видео.html
@@DanCBearded I have tried every man jack beard butter, I don’t recommend every man jack beard butter though, every man Jack beard butter beard butter, In my opinion is way too thick, makes your beard super white and it’s hard to comb out the white.
@@DanCBearded i don’t remember you telling me that it wasn’t a butter, but thanks for the information 😀 I have stopped using every man jack a month ago Sorry if I said something that upset you, that was not my intention.

GBS was my introduction to beard products. Really good for beginner beards and very affordable. I still use the vanilla and cigar scent to this day in rotation with Artius man black coffee oil and butter. I always recommend GBS due to quality and quantity.
The plus : Both are really good for your skin it will stimulate your folecules , the con if U have a sensitive skin don't put too much of it . THE smell are interesting ( OG is anti stress ) . The con the feel in beard do not last ; I had to use more than 2 or 3 times a day in my beard ! ( not on my skin ) The plus it will give extra volume to your beard . Give it a try ! THANKS DAN FOR YOUR WORK ...
I absolutely loved my Grave Before Shave products I used. It's been almost 4+ years since my last purchase but I used to use them regularly. The Cigar Sce t is more of a root beer scent to me but still smells amaizing. I also used Aphrodisiac and that was my favorite scent they carried. It's soapy clean and fresh. I used 3 or 4 others but I'm not sure what they were. I think I had the pine and a Lemongrass scent and they were solid profiles foe anyone. 100% recommended GBS products. I personally really love their Butter!!! Awesome review Dan. 👊
I'm a big GBS fan. I've had OG and Pine and love them both. My wife and I are big fans of their Aphrodisiac scent as well -- it's her favorite scent of all the beard products I've tried from any company. It's leather & cedar. If you get their giant 4oz bottle it's a steal of a deal. Love all their stickers and artwork the send with each order. Their butter is equally awesome. Like their wash and conditioner as well. Wish they came out with CBD versions of all their scents. Keep on rocking, GBS!
I love both honestly.grave before shave and honest amish are 2 good brands. I use both actually. In the morning since i'am out i put on grave before shave for the smell and after taking a shower and heading to bed i put on honest amish because it has other ingredients for nourishment
Not tried their products yet, but just bought some Grave Before Shave conditioner to try out with my current beard wash. I will definitely put their oil 4-pack on my wish list!
A local grocery store carries some of their stuff... It's a solid and respectable option... I've only used the Aphrodisiac oil, it's a nice clean soapy scent...
First company I used, too. It solved my beard itch and dandruff within two days. For its price it is an amazing product. Have I come across other companies I find better, yes, and thanks in large part to you, Dan. But I keep it in my arsenal for my rotation, though so they all keep feeling great.
I still love GBS. Good oils with great scents and amazing butter. Little goes a long way. Love the cigar blend (root beer IMO), gentleman’s blend is amazing. Their bay rum is great too. I still buy them and wear them a lot. Amazing value for the money. Great for newer beardsman and veterans as well.
My first ever “super thank you” on a video, thank you!! I have not tried Mad Viking. I actually met the owner and did not have a good first impression. Haven’t wanted to try. I’m sure I will one day though.
This was my first beard oil company I found and used. Knowing nothing about beard oils I was drawn in by the artwork. I used the OG, pine, Viking ,bay rum oils and later the teakwood butter. All great products and great prices. Tip the butter goes a long way if you use it. So start with a smaller than normal amount. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I started with them. I have like 3 oils now. Will I buy more? Probably NOT. It’s good oil but I’ve moved on personally. Great for beginners. I like them. 🎉

GBS was the first beard oil that I bought and I love it!! Great quality and good price. Their Cigar blend and caramel mocha are fantastic. Love their beard brush and trucker hats also.
Great "middle of the road" oils and butters. Affordable and quality on par with Honest Amish as you have mentioned. I have Gentlemen's Blend, Aphrodisiac and the Teakwood in both oil and butter. Love all 3 scents. I like the oil and butter too. Great value for the money. I think your review hit the mark extremely well.

Been looking for a good, inexpensive oil to use on days where I don't want to use up my more pricy oils. Will definitely be looking into GBS. Thanks for yet another great video!
@@xrayfreak5846 Now that school is out, it's not so bad. But we were always out at soccer or track. Felt like a waste to use the "good" stuff when the wind was going to mess with it anyway.
I used Grave Before Shave when I had to be really budget conscious for a period. I was buying the the unscented Viking blend in the 4 oz bottles, and refilling the 1 oz bottles. Was it the best oil I had used? No. Did it work fairly well for the time that I needed it, yes. Like you said it is a great beginner oil and much better than a lot of other "options" out there. I always steer people to the companies I love, but if someone wants a budget option I think GBS is a good option.

Tried searching for a video review from you of some product by The Bearded Grenade. Couldn’t find one. Thoughts? Saw them as a recommendation based off previous beard product purchases. Packaging looks slick, but course that don’t mean squat. Thanks for all ya do!
One of companies I started with. Scents are pretty good, beard butter is amazing. Their shampoo and conditioner have been better on my beard than some I’ve tried that are double in price. Bay Rum and Vanilla Cigar
I love grave before shave beard oil and butter but I am not to sure of their new beard cream one of the ingredients is dimethcone I think I spelled it right other way you get the idea check it out and tell me if it's ok to use
I bought the sample pack a while ago and then bought the dual pack of oil; Caramel Mocha and Cigar Blend. Both scents are great and work well in my beard and skin. The price was great too. My only slight complaint is that the scent isn't as strong as I normally like, but that's ok.
I have the cigar utility in the tin and I want to say the viking one I think the viking was the one that ended up getting stiff as soon as I applied it and I could not work it in .
@@DanCBearded yeah when I get back to the house 🏠 I will see if I have both I know I still have the cigar one that you and your wife said smells like root beer and cinnamon.
I just purchased Command’s Corner and I can not wait to try it when it shows up Wednesday. Been wanting to try it forever. I’ll be sure to let you know how I feel about it. Also grabbed the shark attack to try out
I think that this is a great company and I'm not just saying that because my hometown is San Bernardino. The Aphrodisiac and Teakwood are my favorite flavors plus I have bought a few of the T-shirts...they are so cool looking...great review Dan
They were my first beard oil experience. I had a deal with them to where I sold their products back when I had my supplement store. I used the bayrum scent and in the summertime I would occasionally use the outdoorsman scent.
Been using GBS for a few months now, really enjoy the oil/butter and the wash, they're pretty good, but as Dan said, they're not phenomenal, as for the conditioner, it's decent, not terrible, not great.
I love this company. Their bourbon butter is one of my favorite scents. I started making my own products about a year ago but still keep their butter for one or two nights a week. I also recommend them to everyone who is new to beard care.
Grave Before Shave was the first non supermarket beard oil I tried. I was at a Gun Show in San Antonio, Texas and they had a guy selling GBS oils, butters, balms, wash, conditioner and various merchandise like t-shirts. A good beard oil and butter. The wash was nice and the conditioner was pretty good. They make good all around products and cool good artwork. GBS is definitely a good value. I haven't used any of the GBS products in a while, because I found other companies I like better, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
This is my number one company. You can get their 4 oz oil for 24$. That's unmatched by any company. Their butters and balms are very soft and manageable. I don't love alot of their scents. Headhunter is by far my fav. Also bay rum. I usually use the aroma free Viking blend oil with a scented butter.
I used Grave Before Shave Bay Rum Oil years ago. I remember liking the oil and scent (Bay Rum and Barbershop are favorites). I happen to still have the bottle, and the formula is different. I completely agree with your assessment.
Glad you talked about GBS. They, IMO, are a great company. I have tried others but GBS is what I use daily. Keeps my beard looking good and price is right. They send discount codes frequently if you get on their mailing list. I really love their beard wash and conditioner. Teakwood is my fav scent right now.

I just purchased Command’s Corner and I can not wait to try it when it shows up Wednesday. Been wanting to try it forever. I’ll be sure to let you know how I feel about it. Also grabbed the shark attack to try out
Ahhh yeah, you will love it!
@@DanCBearded just came in and let me tell you. Absolute killer scent and light feel in beard. Great job brother
I think that this is a great company and I'm not just saying that because my hometown is San Bernardino. The Aphrodisiac and Teakwood are my favorite flavors plus I have bought a few of the T-shirts...they are so cool looking...great review Dan
That’s really cool to have a quality beard products company in your hometown!
They were my first beard oil experience. I had a deal with them to where I sold their products back when I had my supplement store. I used the bayrum scent and in the summertime I would occasionally use the outdoorsman scent.
Not a bad way to start at all!
Been using oil, butter, and balm and beard feels good. Scent not all that strong but nice. Would like your thoughts on the other products.
I will see what I can do, thank you Andrew!
I love the pine scent!!! I really wish they had it in there beard butter
You are not the only one that has said that. Interesting!
I love their cigar blend beard butter. It is the best for my beard so far. I also love their beard wash and conditioner.
Awesome to hear!
Hey Dan Happy Friday hope you have a great weekend
Have an AWESOME weekend buddy!
Never tried grave before shave products but since I do have an Amazon account so will give these guys a try
It is always a good option when you get an amazon gift card!
Been using GBS for a few months now, really enjoy the oil/butter and the wash, they're pretty good, but as Dan said, they're not phenomenal, as for the conditioner, it's decent, not terrible, not great.
Agreed fully!
@@DanCBearded :)
What are some of the ingredients from grave for shave dan c bearded

@@DanCBearded

I’ll see what I can do!
@@DanCBearded thank you sir. Just seems like its a new product and there isnt much info out on it
Hey, can you review Brother Nature Beard Oil and Bear Butter? Small company put of NC.
Already do! ruclips.net/video/vrpLlnqTV6M/видео.html
How is their balm ?
I’m not sure I have tried in the last several years
I love this company. Their bourbon butter is one of my favorite scents. I started making my own products about a year ago but still keep their butter for one or two nights a week. I also recommend them to everyone who is new to beard care.
Thanks DeWayne!
Dan c like every other day just pouring out some knowledge, can't wait to swing over and pick up these 2 scents to try out 👍👍👍 gotta love skulls 😆
Thanks Regan!
Love your videos Dan. What's the difference between beard butter and beard cream? Seen that GBS sells both.
I haven’t looked into their beard cream yet but I would guess it’s more like a leave in conditioner
@@DanCBearded got it. thanks for the reply.

Spot on!
My beard is Silver, I've never had any yellowing.
Good to hear!

Thank you, sir.. Ordering now..
That is a great value!
The caramel mocha sent is by far my favorite from them. The beard butter of that sent is a great one before bed for me.
Oh nice!
I used Grave Before Shave Bay Rum Oil years ago. I remember liking the oil and scent (Bay Rum and Barbershop are favorites). I happen to still have the bottle, and the formula is different. I completely agree with your assessment.
Thanks for sharing Leo!
Awesome feedback, thank you!
