Something I really miss about 1960s animation is the Music in these Cartoons...Stock Music tracks, most of them done by Winston Sharples was used by Harvey Cartoons, Hal Seeger Productions and other Studios! Back then, if it was a Clarinet or a Bassoon, it was the ACTUAL INSTRUMENT Playing, not some electronic sound pretending to be one! I'm having so much fun listening and watching these on this Monday Afternoon (Memorial Day). Thank You so very much for posting in what I'm thinking are the First And Second Seasons of the show, with original openings that were on CBS! :)
Better living through chemistry, indeed, lol! Thank you, thank you for posting this classic toon with the original theme and closing credits! Please keep them coming!
More science education here, than my grade school teacher's (in which they, taught everything, themselves) all put together☺️. Alot of kids learned science from these episodes, just like me. But, if it only helped, my grades back then🙄…………
Who in their right minds (Tennessee and Chumley) would get jobs packing nitro glycerine in a professor's factory? This hilarious cartoon shows proof of their bungling. Thanks RUclips for uploading this episode.

Mr. Whoopie said there were 103 elements. That was true in 1961. Now there are 118 elements. Thanks for the cartoon!
Yeah, can't fault the dated nature of these cartoons given what we knew then.
Phineas J. Whoopie, you're the greatest !
And thanks, for that info!!
