Hey Chris, suppose I have a phone system with freepbx. I have 7 rooms that are separate extensions but all connected in a ring group, would I be able to link a voicemail all together instead of having it go nowhere. Thanks!

Chris, one question for you. I want to dial 9 and ring all the extension in a ring group. Suppose, I have 3 helpdesk staffs and they have a 4-digits number extension. Instead of dialing a four digit numbers, I want to simply dial a single number and ring all the phone in the Reception. How can I do so? I tried the follow me option as well but its not working. Kindly help. Thank You

Chris, I have problem with my voice mail. The voice mail button in blinking green in my Yealink phone but when I press the button, it shows service unavailable. And when I press *97, it too shows service unavailable. But in my phone its showing new voice mail. I am confused. Kindly help. Thank You.
+Ganesh Dhungana You have to check the Asterisk console to see whats going on...it's the best resource for troubleshooting issues like that. Good luck!

I would like to customize my voicemail notification email. What should I do? Should I buy VM Notify so i can configure VM Notification? Thanks!
VM Notify probably isn't right for you. I'm sure you can change the default email template, though I would have to research how to do this.

You can upload your voicemail greetings via the user control panel.
