      Thanks! It's one of my top 10 favorite poems. Byron is a lyrical beast.

    Pretty sure jesus is the allusion not mlk lol

      If you takeaway is that I was trying to say that Byron was alluding to MLK when MLK wasn't even born yet, I'm pretty sure you misinterpreted the whole point of the lecture. 🤷‍♂️

      Just trying to make the connection to the students. If I recall, that lesson fell very close to MLK day.
