    I’m down with this protocol. Range of motion is crucial and many chiros don’t focus enough (if at all) on gauging benchmarks vs optimum range. Good work.

    This is a different style of chiropractic from what I have personally experienced and seen online. This chiropractor's techniques seem quite different from Dr. Johnson, Dr. Rahim, Dr. Cipriano, etc. What is this style of chiropractic called?

      @@PainReliefChiropractic I dig it. Active release is so helpful. I'm a ski coach and I do this all the time. My psoas gets so tight that I can hardly move my hips or bend over.

    • @weirdbeard1980
      @weirdbeard1980 Год назад

      I've seen a number of chiros and then I saw a guy named Dr. Tresman in Truckee and he did a lot of similar stuff. Active release is what it's called. A few years back I was dealing with a bulging disc and it was causing my hips and lower back to feel like they were locked in concrete and I could barely ski (I run a private ski coaching business in the winter) and I would see him a couple times per week. Without that there is no way I would of made it through the winter. Shit is really helpful.

    Sadly as most Chiropractor's know that sure maybe adjusts keep the body in line but those who do this often end up with worse conditions later on. The more adjustments have dire effects on the structure of not only the bones; bone density but also the Vertebrate as well. It breaks down over time and this is equivalent to getting hit frequently. Two neck adjustments may seem great and a patients pain may seem neutralized; but deep inside the condition is only getting worse. You cannot see the internal structure of the bones density until after it is broken down. So the damage is not apparent until your body becomes like a elastic void! Lool
    I had a friend who was adjusted every two weeks and because of the bone density being compromised from the constant adjustments; all it took was one more and now he is paralyzed from the neck down. This is the last resort type of non medical procedure that anyone should consider.

    • @tedwilliams3875
      @tedwilliams3875 6 лет назад +1

      Gases? Who said anything about gases? Imagine rubbing bone on bone for a really long time; you get a break down in the bones density dumbass! Its not rocket science and it does not take a doctor or medical reports to confirm such; it happens plain and simple.
      As the vertebrae is cracked over and over the cartilage in between also breaks down; again this is medical fact. It breaks down to a point where there is nothing left and this is largely due to constant adjustments or cracking of bones. I have not even factored in aging and that also plays into this by a fraction of at least 23%
      You can ask any orthopedic surgeon who will confirm such; why? because they see it frequently! As for you cracking your knuckles for decades;. Lol No! Fingers are not your neck or back and sadly you cannot get your fingers paralyzed unless your back is broken or neck hence what I was saying in my first comment so perhaps you should stop spreading false information! Now you can get arthritis which I am sure you have or will have if you claim to be cracking your knuckles multiple times a day for decades which I am sure is a lie.
      However I am going to give you a like for the most ridiculous response ever! :)

      First off, I am sorry to hear of the current state of your friend. Never has it been documented that chiropractic adjustments compromise the integrity of bone structure, specifically in regard to bone density.
      Getting adjusted actually improves the health of joints. This is well documented and I encourage you to look into this.
      An x-ray or DEXA scan can show the density of bone structure whether the bone is healthy or broken down. Bone health is not just revealed after degradation.
      I don't really know where else to go with this reply. Your comment is not founded on anything other than opinion, and I find it very odd that you quote most chiropractors agree with you in your opening sentence.
      If you would like to know more about the benefits of chiropractic, great. If you are simply looking at this as an opportunity to spread your opinion without any intention of learning, then I have nothing else to say.
      Have a great day regardless, and thank you for watching this video.

      I can only assume you mean the low back side posture adjustments. There are other ways to adjust the low back, that being with prone adjustments, drop technique, or blocking. It's great to have different options to treat patients based on their preferences. Have an awesome day!

    This chiro is not that good of a chiro. Never once he check leg length to do a sacrum adj no cracks on back ect. He making her think. He is by wiggling. Hee arms and legs ect! Def much better ones on you tube. Such a rip off and allot just bs. What ez job honestly!!

    • @PainReliefChiropractic
      @PainReliefChiropractic  6 лет назад +3

      All examination procedures were done prior to filming this video. This video is just the adjustment portion. Checking leg lengths is not as reliable as one would imagine. Structural analysis is best done while the patient is standing. Movement analysis or motion palpation is better to assess lack of mobility in a joint. When a joint lacks movement, it isn't functioning properly, and the body senses that as pain. As a pain relief chiropractor, I prefer this protocol. Please do read this study on leg checking and I encourage you to proofread your comments before submitting them. Have a great day! www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3188368/
