- Hey guys! So this is a lengthy video and but I really wanted to share as much as I could about my online yoga teacher training experience. For anyone interested in (online) yoga teacher training, whether you want to be a yoga teacher or just simply want to further your own yoga practice, I think this video will have some information for what you should realistically expect and learn what having a yoga teacher certificate means for you. I'm really happy I went through this entire program and got what I did from it, and I hope this inspires some of you to also find interest in doing yoga teacher training :)

I'm glad you spoke about adjustments. My knee was severely re-injured by a yoga teacher while doing the childs pose. The teacher pushed my butt toward my heels and snapped my knee joint. It was very painful! That was 8 years ago and that knee still gives me a lot of pain and jumps in and out of socket. Very important subject! I love what you said about the training not making you into a teacher but rather experience will. Thank you so much! 🌺
That sounds horrible! I’m sorry that happened to you, these kind of experiences definitely remind me that I being a teacher is a lot of responsibility.
Thank you for this! I'm thinking about doing my own yoga teacher training and this was really useful in understanding what about an online course might be for me!
Thank you for watching! I am happy this was insightful! Excited for you to do it 🙏🏼💕
Mollie this quality!! Thank you for sharing as i've been thinking about it lately...

Great video, can a complete beginner take this course?
Thank you for your question! I think it’s a good idea to maybe do a few classes before hand or try to be consistent with yoga flows for a few months :)

Love your recap! I think it's so important to discuss pros and cons because sometimes what works for one person, doesn't work for another. How long was your training; was it only the four weeks? How many hours a day did you spend working on it? I am looking at their site and just trying to understand and was hoping perhaps you'd have some insight. I work full time and my hubs and I only have one car so the in person really isn't possible for me right now and am looking for a reasonably affordable online course I can take. 🪷🧘🏼♀️
Thank you dear share your instgram plz
