1- You can't be self sponsor incase of scholarship, but for visa you can. 2- Actually not. Upload someone from your family. 3- Just make a document and make someone from your family as your sponsor.

You have to do everything within the deadline.
But make sure you have admission from the university before applying for scholarship and the process afterall.

Depends on the legalization process in your country. If you could do it in your home country, then you can send via local courier service too.
