    Love the circuit workout with the band. Love the timer in the corner. The stretch at end was great too. My balance and stamina were both on this morning. Noticed more solid balance and smoother transition between exercises and rounds since 3 months ago. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

    Love the circuit workout with the band and timer in the corner. My stamina and balance were great this morning. Prior to workout,
    we just finished a little over 2 mile walk since beautiful weather. I was great for the 5 rounds with transitions. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

    Love the timer and doing sets. I was even to do, I think it was exercise 3, the bicep and leg. Wanted to challenge myself today. Monday I normally take easy. Thanks Vanessa. ❤️

    Love the timer and circuit workout. I think stuck with you this time. All except for round 5 switching from back to tummy. I ran out of steam, so did a few extra leg lifts before stretching. Thanks Vanessa.😊❤️

      That's ok! You can modify and do a couple less sets if needed ok, just do what works 😀🙌 The fact is you are doing so well it's amazing and little bits every day are better than nothing!

      @@Vanessabhealthtv bands all the way. I do body combat and find your band exercises to be most effective. Always come to yours. Helps with kicking and Muay Thai. I feel it right after.

    This one was on PT day so I replaced the shorter one for today with this. I always feel this one in all the little shoulder muscles. Circuits are my least favorite so every time I complete this one I'm proud of myself lol. I eliminated the red band today and only used blue and black.

    This is boring! repeating rounds over and over, what about other exercises to stretch and tone other parts?

      Hi Nicky! This is the 2nd video I've done out of about 140 videos in this format as a 'circuit' repeated as many of community requested this recently 👌😉 some people like circuits, some don't🤷‍♀️ some like my other full body 'no repeat' workouts, some don't. There are many other videos on the Resistance Band Playlist you can do for other body parts even though this does cover most muscles 🤗
