I do incline for main lift then flat, then decline in that order.

Personally I only use db’s with paused tempo larsons, it solves a lot of problems without fatigue and injury risk

Only issue with DB bench press a lot of UK gyms only have 50kg DB’s.
For me floor press and bent rows improved my Bench. back was a major weak point for me and people underestimate the importance of the lats during a bench press and floor press massively helped with that tricky lock out we all suffer from at times.

Have this problem as well in the US. Most commercial gyms near me top out at 100lbs (45kg) and some even lower than that. The gym I go to at the moment because nothing else is close enough to justify is worse and stops at 36kg (~80lbs). I know I could just rep these out and I tend to still include it a little bit but at this point I can get 20+ reps out of that. I tend to stick to the incline press and larsen press as my variations due to this.

I agree with this list, shows you’ve been coaching people for a substantial amount of time. When it comes to benching I still think push-ups are criminally underrated.
