bro, I think you should use sub zero's triple clones in the corner because in the middle it's harder to hit but it's not impossible but if you keep insisting you can hit it more often in my opinion, you can use it as a punishment too
Honestly these buffs are nice, now all I would want is a revert on the ice klone nerf (shorter cooldown, f12 ice klone connects in corner again) and maybe a buff to his ice ball's flight speed so we could truly get flashy combos.
I originally used Sub-Zero with scorp kameo, but with the new slide buff, I changed to mavado it's so much fun. It's extremely hard to convert the new slide into scorpion, and I discovered a 38.9% meterless sub combo with one mavado use. B2 x2, JI21, BF3, FK, JI21, DB1, JI134.

1 bar 55 percent with cyrax is insane and is his best kameo. Meterless/armored launcher if you choose a bar. Midscreen or corner resets with clone, ect he's very good with the right kameo. Fastest armor in game also lol.

I don't what they changed but the freeze times are so inconsistent rn sometimes they freeze for 1 frame and sometimes the whole round
