The ballistic vest is a bit thinner than this vest. The jetstream vest has a bit more insulation and warmth to it. So depending how much insulation you need will help answer this question better. BUT To answer your question, this vest will, in fact, fit over the Stratus jacket… incense other individuals have different body sizes and types. I would say order your size and if it’s not big enough, then just go get one more size larger…. This vest is totally adaptable to any situation environment, making at my PIC versus something very thin because I can always take layers in between my orange vest and my inner thermals off.
