After watching the Sam and Colby series at the Conjuring House, Eddies name being mentioned and the word following is "love" @ 1:04 makes me think that it was Abigal coming through to comfort him seeing how nervous and afraid he was being there .

The reason why Eddie got really emotional when Lisa said “Love” is because he is the most spiritually inclined, do to his culture, and the way he is, being very open minded and hearted. The spirits can sense those who are open minded.
It can also be very dangerous if an evil spirit or demonic spirit makes contact with him.

I love how in the first video they made, the clown motel, you can tell they’re just messing around and it’s mostly staged, but as they go on making more scary videos, they get more and more serious each time, and then in the lighthouse video they actually talk to ghosts of some sort
