It looks like all she did was put her hair at the very tip tip tippy top of her head, a VERY high ponytail and her layers are what make it look feathery (I Think) plus the length of her hair too. And she has side bangs too o 3o and maybe she has bobby pins in the back for the short hairs that are too short to go into the ponytail.

Hmm... Either a little bit above her shoulders, Shoulder or just a little bit over the shhoulders.. Its the shoulder area I cant really tell @_@ She has short hair since her pony tail isnt that long...but putting it up that high can take away the length too...ITs hard to tell for me.
