He had some A-hole at Costco, in his 40s without a permit sitting in the car, over the line into my spot, parked in a disabled spot. I told him off. If he wasn't in the SUV I would have done a number on it for him. Selfish people!!!!

I got a question about the place card,okay what if somebody is moving that same place card from car to car? They have one car and they'll have that place card on one car . Then they'll bring in another car and switch that place card onto that other car , therefore they keep that spot.
In Cali your suppose to carry your DMV paperwork when using your placard to show it is valid to you. I carry mine in my back pocket after I laminate it.
My 24 Hour Fitness has underground parking. There are only 4 Handicap Spaces, There use to be 6 but 2 were removed. The problem? Mobile Homeless park in 3 of those spaces for hours on end. They stay overnight so early risers can't use them.
If there is a “chargepoint” space I use that all the time whenever I use my electric vehicle and keep it charged. After all, that is one way to avoid parking in a disabled spot.
Just looking at me you cannot tell I have 110 rods, bolts and screws holding me upright, until I try and walk. I depend on these spots to help me get safely in store.
Put the fine up to $5000.00!! They won't park in handicap again.
"A handicapped parking space" ... I often wonder what handicap the parking spaces have. Maybe people shouldn't be parking their cars on them.
I don't use fake disability placards but I do use fake district parking card lol

While these folks should absolutely be following the law and not abusing or misusing placards, the DMV shouldn't be able to roll up on someone and demand their documentation without a warrant or probable cause as outlined in the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Just money for the dmv who are they fooling...
That’s not how it works, you play by their rules.
Every one truly needs these spaces that are so close,everyone should be allowed to park there,especially if open,and no ones is there.
