Sony 50mm have stabilization, Sigma 56mm don't have stabilization. So there is no doubt sony 50mm will be better for handheld shot. So, I will suggest sony 50mm for handheld shot over sigma 56mm.

If you have pc, then open premiere pro or any other editing software, after that go color correction page then increase little bit saturation , vibrance and contrast, that's it nothing more. If you don't have pc , then go play store and download vn video editing software, After that do the same ( saturation , vibrance and contrast )
