Rally cars are so much fun I put big truck wheel slicks on mine the proline primes And I’m running an aftermarket 35T on 3C 5200mah. Aluminum steering knuckles, oversize tie rods. 90 weight fluid in the shocks. Had to cut the body a lot to fit the tires. And I did a little bit of a bumper, delete and drilled holes in the back of the car kind of like they do on the bumpers of a Honda. To get that air out.
I haven't bothered with the CEN or pre ordering the traxxas VXL . I have my HPI WR8 FLUX 3 SUBARU and HoBao hyper GT rally , which i prefer over CEN and TRAXXAS 😜 .
I'm considering getting a Fiesta Rally but the brushed model and I was going to throw in a brushless down the road. How many teeth are the low and high pinion gears?
I really dig the HPI and want to play with one! I like how quick the CEN is but the Traxxas just drives better. And I agree, my Raptor R is faster and even more fun!
And hit 500+ dollars out of the shop and barely avaliable anywhere.... so not a good comparison but that is a good lookngi and good eprformance car but it's way to expensive/ not readily avalaible... this information works only here in europe here it's (if avalaiable) 445 to 460 pounds so yeah 500+ dollars and mostly out fo stock...
Well it did hit 60 technically "out of the box" using the included gear. Honestly though, after I did this video i went back to the 44mph gear as its about perfect for something this size and gives better punch on the dirt. I too was dissapointed at the CEN only doing 43 out of the box despite throwing $100 in upgrades at it to eliminate the terrible radio it comes with. Nice car, terrible stock radio system.
Just bought a fiesta st vxl and it's been awesome corners good, fast, stable and extremely durable

Dude! That was so fast. Bodacious
Try a thicker shock oil in the Cen for on road. I changed mine and really like it for on road driving. I used 70wt. I tried 40, 50 and liked 70wt.
Great suggestion!

Nice dude, loving seeing max speed
Glad you enjoy it!
Excellent content bro!!!
Appreciate it!
Getting one next week
Been as much fun, if not more, as the Raptor R running same power system just on a longer chassis
I love how this dude sounds like Hank Hill
I tell you what!
Wow looks great 👍 Getting one lol
Enjoy it
Good information 👍
Thanks!
👍saludo amigo genial la carrera
¡Gracias! Nos divertimos mucho.
Surprised the Raptor r is a bit faster. F
The Hpi wr8 is hitting over 50 mph out of the box.

That CEN got no control!
And thats with a gyro radio system. Stock radio, its pretty much undriveable on 3S
Fiesta on 3S is tricky unless really good traction on dusty/icy surfaces it blows donuts instantly
Enough control to outrun that traxxas 😂😂.
43mph on 3s ? Naw i'll pass . I thought at least the traxxas would hit 50mph out the box.
