For everyone's info, the fiddlers are Catriona MacDonald (Shetland), Annbjorg Lien (Hardanger fiddler, Norway), Liz Knowles (USA), Liz Carroll (USA), and Mairead Ni Mhaonaigh of Altan/Donegal fame.
You now what's really cool about this music? They make it look so easy when they play, and yes I know that they have to have at least of century of experience between the 6 of them. Many many many years of playing fiddle. Myself, I only have 32 and I'm not going to even attempt this style, just sit back, watch and listen, good place to be.
I love liz. she was my first fiddle teacher some 8 years ago. Shes my Idol!!!
