37:03 "In the end, the court ruled in my favour."
Next update: "We settled two days before we went to court."

How can a bank loan money to one person and charge it to another person? Forged signatures? Sue the bank! Let the bank sue the person who received the money! Get a lawyer, involve the police!

If you watched it all you'd know the parents manipulated OP into signing when he was 18.

I asked for the contact information attached to "My" loan, they said they can't due to policy...

It's a fake story. There's no shortage of these AI generated fake stories on channels like this.

As someone that's actually been the victim of fraud and had an opportunity to sue the individuals, this is not how a fraud case would go, over a certain amount it's a criminal case and the DA, the loaner (Bank), and the FTC will be involved.
Also any debt would be wiped from his account once the judge makes the ruling, as it'll be considered fraudulent under law meaning the victim did not accure the debt.

My favorite part was we went to court my mom played the sympathy card and cried... Judge was unmoved.... my parents decided to settle so we wouldn't take it to court... wait what?

I would just tell every family member is that everyone that caused and tells me not to do this is going to be on the list to take responsibility for this you don't want me to sue well then it's on you to pay the loan back.

Before I took a settlement I would have had my college debts audited. And that is to have somebody go through and look exactly what was spent on every little item including food incidentals housing all that. You would be surprised how many people have 125,000 college loans and only spent $60,000 to $90,000 in actual college debt

How is this story so broken? First it went to court and he won. Then all of a sudden immediately after that, they settled and didn’t have to go to court. If a human being wrote this, you need to cut off their hands. If this is an AI story, you need a new AI. This is complete bull crap.

...and why the heck did "the parents" do it in the first place? They miraculously came up with the money to settle the lawsuit? Something is rather smelly with this post.

Aunt Susan, and the rest of the family, were welcome to chip in and pay the debt - since family sticks together.
    Or, STFU.

I’m beginning to notice a pattern. The level of entitlement from these kinds of parents is directly proportional to how crappy they are. The crappier the parents, the more entitled they become.

Ai needs to proof read these fake stories. So how can the judge rule in your favor, but a few minutes later yiur parents lawyer calls abd settles out of court for the same thing. Definitely a fake story that needs to be edited.
