  • In this video we pull the interior from this 96 XJ Cherokee Country to see what is left of the floorpans. We also test fit the new pans to get an idea for what we will need to cut out and what we will need to make up for. Overall, not a hard process if your bolts all come out nicely.

    Where did you buy your floor pans? I am starting the same project on my 2001.

    Judging by how fucked that floor is I suspect you have far worse problems throughout the Jeep.

      actually not, the exterior of the body is in pretty fair condition. mechanically its in excellent condition. there is a small amount of frame rot where the hitch system was bolted on. but that will be fixed and stiffeners added

      I've seen far worse repaired, plus, where's the fun in that. PLUS it would be far more expensive in the current XJ market
