But between that, and now what Fitoria was saying about how if the heroes wont work together then she has to do "the right thing" and "kill all 4 heroes", it heavily implies that all 4 have to die to resummon at all.
She's also super fucking wrong about that too. Switching over to 4 fresh, unleveled heroes this late in the game would doom the world unless they summoned the entire cast of isekai quartet

Raphtalia's bracelet grants increased mana regen. This is to compensate for her armor and other gear syphoning off her mana. Some of the more expensive weapons and armor have different enchantments such as blood clean, which causes blood and guts to easily slide off of a sword. Naofumi's armor also has an auto repair function, but it works slower then taking it to a blacksmith.
I'll point put that another reason why the Filolial Queen needs to kill the heroes if they're fighting is because, like it was mentioned before, new heroes can't be summoned until the old ones are dead. If the Cardinal Heroes are refusing to work together, which is inadvertedly destroying every single other kingdom aside from Melomarc (because the kingdom summoned all four heroes, the other kingdoms have no heroes and are probably being destroyed by the waves) then the only way to get more heroes is to kill the original ones and get new ones. This also means the king is an asshole because he summoned all four heroes to protect his kingdom alone, and has probably avoided telling the heroes about the waves in other kingdoms, since Naofumi didn't even know there were waves going on around the entire world.
Fitoria speeding around and landing behind that thing gave me Byakuya vibes from Bleach. I love watching the chemistry and jokes with you guys. Makes the reactions much more entertaining.

But when each wave hits they all automatically get summoned at the same place to where the wave boss is at regardless to where they were at before. So they are forced to work together regardless during the wave and unless they have fast travel it will take them forever to get to the country they were originally summoned. And how would they work together if they have no idea who they are, they be just random strangers to each other.

And I think the No EXP for multi hero parties is to incentivise gathering and training more warriors for the waves to fight alongside the heroes.

Basic jist of the one hero to one country thing is that the Heroes level slowly even when they are in the same country, it just gets noticeably worse when they are close to each other. Basically if they had summoned only one hero rather than 4, that hero would likely have been more powerful than the 4 heroes from the same country combined. Melromarc just screwed everyone over by summoning all 4 heroes to one spot, meaning they are too weak overall and the other countries have no hero at all. Think about this, all the bosses they fought only gave the heroes a small fraction of the XP they would have gotten if it was only one.
