Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately I don't use Mantra because as a render engine I find it too slow for my personal needs. I recently started using 3Delight which is considerably faster. I find it to be very well integrated into Houdini while also offering a free-tier that makes it very accessible even for those just starting out. Before then I was using Redshift which I like a lot for some things, and which also has a good Houdini integration. In the meantime, Arise Works has a great series on Mantra that I recommend and which might answer some of your questions -- ruclips.net/video/4qndzJljTfQ/видео.html
If the network is massive, simply hitting L key with completely rearange the layout, which is not what I want. How can I rearange just a selected part of the network while the other stay with the same layout?
Good start for Beginner with your tutorials! thx

regarding you shaking at 4:53, in the Preferences you have shake distance, dropping that down to 0.1 solves the issue you are having.

Having the selection lock off by default is great when modeling. Also page up and page down will navigate is the up and down the node tree
you can assign a hotkey to "Reconnect Around Selected" as an alternative to that violent shaking action )
Thank you!
Shift+ return!!!
The Y scissors cut node connection is golden! How come nobody uses it? Thank you!

@@RightBrainedTutorials What is your opinion on Karma at this point? Would love to see you teach it if you are using it.
