There was something so warm and cozy and nostalgic about this show. Definitely an underrated gem.
Brittany O’Grady’s subtle expressions really envelops this performance. Not only is she an amazing singer but her acting is superb! And Colton Ryan is just the perfect vocal and emotional accompaniment

God knows how many times I cried watching the entire series... It's so good it doesn't deserve to be cancelled after such a very strong first season... Petition for season 2!!!
I really enjoyed listening to Brittany's performances as much as I enjoyed Sara's version. This had never happened to me before as I'm particularly fond of Sara's music and performances. This being said, I think I get why they cast Bethany for this. Great choice and amazing actress/singer!

I just found this series and was deeply moved. The characters are so appealing…… there story isn’t over. The music and acting transport you. Im so disappointed that the series has been canceled.

I remember getting goosebumps the first second her voice started on this song. I ended up crying by the end of it. Hands down my favorite song of the series. Ghost Light is my second favorite.

It is currently on an indefinite hiatus (in limbo) as it’s not cancelled (and I know “not cancelled” sounds like there’s going to be a new season) but it doesn’t mean it’s renewed. It might have to do with Brittany O'Grady (Bess' actress) working on a miniseries so maybe production is paused until she’s done?
