my favorite lazy meal is salsa and chicken in a crockpot ! wait until the chicken falls apart and it's so yummy ! you can put it over rice or potatoes or eat it alone . I have even out it on taco shells.

Gotta love family run estate sales. As you know, living in California 9 out of 10 Estate Sales are run by professional companies with professional companies' prices, lol 😆 I like the sales that are 3 days long since the last day is usually 75% off 😀
Agree! I'm in LA and I purposely avoid a particular estate sale company because they overcharge like crazy on almost everything and there is almost zero haggling ability. Even going on the last day, that company will stick to their prices despite the giant min-mansions still being filled to the brim with crap.
That last house was huge in square footage! I don't know how anyone could climb into that bathtub though, it reminded me of a coffin...sheesh! Good video talk about loads of stuff, that house was completely full.

I started going to estate sales and even gotten my parents into them too! We have found some really great stuff for cheap! I went to one that had grab bags for 5 bucks😳 fill up a plastic bag for $5 and everything else was 75% off! I found a ton of shit for 20 bucks. Every estate sale is completely different with their deals but you never know what you are going to find. Plus my parents and I like peaking through the homes lol
How come it looks like you're the only one in the house or are you on the second day? Unfortunately where I am the first day is a madhouse the house is too small and it's tough to find things at a decent price unless you go the second day and then there's nothing left!
Costco sells some really nice large shopping bags with their logos on them I use those for estate sales and they're awesome. You can put a lot into those bags! Actually good buy on the toaster oven. I have a Breville and I use it more than my regular oven!

Great info as usual!! One tip or lesson that I learned the hard way with those older snap backs, I test to make sure that they will function correctly. They can visually look fine but come apart when you unsnap them. I have seen the nubs snap right off leaving the hat basically worthless without repairs.

It blows my mind how you can roll up half way through the day and find stuff. Up here in the Seattle area, estate sales are barren by noon on the first day. Horribly competitive.
You'll also learn which estate sale companies have reasonable prices and are well organized and which ones jack the price to the moon. Not all companies are the same. And the more you go to them the more they will work with you.
Dude, estate sales down here in Orange County/LA County you can barely walk around inside estate sales!! Everyone is a picker with their phones out. Things look way different up your way!! Wow nice scores
Bro, I'll tell you what works for me at estate sales, no offense, I'm sure you know way more than me about reselling but when I hit estate sales I go in with at least 2 boxes that nest in each other then load them up. 9 times out of 10 I get a sweet deal on the whole thing. This is not my trick, give credit where it's due. Check out Prime Time Treasure Hunter if you don't already know about him. That being said it's great to see you going through CA homes. Other parts of the country the homes are just different than here so much older. I think they have better picking out there sometimes.
I like estate sales more than anything. It's where all the real good stuff is. The only reason you're getting access to it is someone has passed or gone to a nursing home. Or I guess moving but those estate sales aren't usually the best. Way better stuff than garage sales. Stuff people have collected their whole life.
When she says $5 for everything, that's when you pay her and put it in your car and go back in ------and you did! good job!
