my favorite lazy meal is salsa and chicken in a crockpot ! wait until the chicken falls apart and it's so yummy ! you can put it over rice or potatoes or eat it alone . I have even out it on taco shells.
That last house was huge in square footage! I don't know how anyone could climb into that bathtub though, it reminded me of a coffin...sheesh! Good video talk about loads of stuff, that house was completely full.
Costco sells some really nice large shopping bags with their logos on them I use those for estate sales and they're awesome. You can put a lot into those bags! Actually good buy on the toaster oven. I have a Breville and I use it more than my regular oven!

How come it looks like you're the only one in the house or are you on the second day? Unfortunately where I am the first day is a madhouse the house is too small and it's tough to find things at a decent price unless you go the second day and then there's nothing left!

Agree! I'm in LA and I purposely avoid a particular estate sale company because they overcharge like crazy on almost everything and there is almost zero haggling ability. Even going on the last day, that company will stick to their prices despite the giant min-mansions still being filled to the brim with crap.

Hey Matt, thanks again, The mouse poison pellets I had been looking for since you put out a video. I just found three boxes last year. Then found out you can no longer list them. Lol
Great info as usual!! One tip or lesson that I learned the hard way with those older snap backs, I test to make sure that they will function correctly. They can visually look fine but come apart when you unsnap them. I have seen the nubs snap right off leaving the hat basically worthless without repairs.

You'll also learn which estate sale companies have reasonable prices and are well organized and which ones jack the price to the moon. Not all companies are the same. And the more you go to them the more they will work with you.
Dude, estate sales down here in Orange County/LA County you can barely walk around inside estate sales!! Everyone is a picker with their phones out. Things look way different up your way!! Wow nice scores
I like estate sales more than anything. It's where all the real good stuff is. The only reason you're getting access to it is someone has passed or gone to a nursing home. Or I guess moving but those estate sales aren't usually the best. Way better stuff than garage sales. Stuff people have collected their whole life.
Bro, I'll tell you what works for me at estate sales, no offense, I'm sure you know way more than me about reselling but when I hit estate sales I go in with at least 2 boxes that nest in each other then load them up. 9 times out of 10 I get a sweet deal on the whole thing. This is not my trick, give credit where it's due. Check out Prime Time Treasure Hunter if you don't already know about him. That being said it's great to see you going through CA homes. Other parts of the country the homes are just different than here so much older. I think they have better picking out there sometimes.
