Thanks for your video. What would happen to the results if we use watman filter paper Grade 1. Is the grade 1 the same as number 42?

You are welcome. That is a really interesting question. To my knowledge and experience, 42 has much better filtration retention and lesser pore size, that is why if you happen to observe carefully when you filter any water samples using 1 and 42, 1 will filter the samples in seconds however 42 takes much longer timer to let the water passed through the filter.
