So what happens if the sheriff shows up at your house to evict you and come to find out, they are at the wrong house? When that is exactly what happened to a homeowner in Land O' Lakes, Florida. Pasco County Sheriff's Deputies showed up at a house to serve an eviction order. The deputies began prying off the lock to the front door when they got no response. Fortunately, the homeowner saw this going down on her Ring door camera. The homeowner was able to talk to the deputies and come to find out, the deputies were at the wrong house. It all ended ok though after the sheriff fixed the door and found the right house, which was next door.

Actually when you get to the point that the Sheriff has to physically remove you and your possessions, you have played the eviction game way way too far. You have proved yourself to be a tick more than a tenant and no one will ever trust you with property again. No landlord wants a tenant who goes this far in the process, and there really isn't a good excuse for going so far in the eviction process. I personally think we should label evictions as soft or hard, and when it gets to the point the Sheriff shows up it is definitely a hard eviction.

why would they not double check the paper work before even approaching the door?!?!?!?! There is no excuse for this mistake. Also same thing with cops arresting people for the cop not knowing the law themself. These things can lead to life damaging events.

I find it amazing that the police would just throw things out of a 2nd or 3rd story window. Imagine a wrongful eviction and they just threw everything down to its destruction.

What happens? I can't say that online, come on man. In the Nuremburg Trials, the defendants (law enforcements) defense was that they were "just following orders", they were "just doing my job", which is the motto of the present day police officer. The verdict? The death penalty. Which is what a cop should be judged with if s/he attempts to steal your property. Any property. For example. A person is so poor that they can't afford to pay their tax (extortion fee), that the government comes to their home with rifles, and protects other men who put their hands on the things you depend upon, walks those things to the curbside, while threatening your life if you fight back or refuse to leave your home. Then they take your property, and sell it to a billionaire bank or the Department of the Treasury for pennies on the dollar, leaving you homeless. The assumption of course being that the homeowner in this case has the bank completely paid off. Legal is not necessarily right. In fact, it might just be wrong. A law is just an idea written down by a politician, signed by another politician and forced upon the people under threat of poverty violence, incarceration or death. There is nothing therefore honorable about working for or with the law. The enforcer holds more guilt than the lawmaker, because the enforcer "does his job" voluntarily, for the enjoyment and for pay. The lawmaker just does it for recognition and power. Morally, the enforcer therefore, is on a lower standing than the lawmaker. The Bible teaches in Exodus 22:2, that if a thief is caught the homeowner can kill them without guilt under God. Even God disagrees with property theft. No exception is made for those who wear costume jewelry to work.

Bank of America is good for these fuck up's with braking and entering into properties and throwing everything out and then denied to pay up for any losses and or damage to property when sued.

I've seen it where they empty out the wrong house and destroy all the property, but don't want to pay any compensation for all the property. There are are other cases where they bulldoze the wrong house, but don't want to pay for the house.

I'm surprised you went with a slogan that says "I'm your lawyer". Most online attorneys are quick to point out that they are in fact NOT your lawyer so as to avoid the perception of establishing an attorney/client relationship.
I see that you have done that further down in the description, and it's unlikely that someone would reasonably and in good faith believe that the slogan constitutes legal representation, but still, I might have gone with something different just out of caution.

Take note next time you lock yourself out of your home.... ask a neighbor for a drill as opposed to paying a high priced lock smith who is likely to hit you with twice the cost of a new lock set.

"Make sure they are at the wrong house"...
    Absolutely horrible advice.
Um, yeah, bud, officers and eviction managers for companies don't care to listen to you or even allow you to see anything, and even trying to bring up that they might be wrong will often result you in cuffs and jailed for "obstruction".
Even if they DO realize it's the wrong house and are infringing upon your rights, officers are taught to try to continue to press the scenario in order to create or find a chargeable offense in order to use against you to invalidate or provide shield for their illegal actions they've just taken on you and your property.

Think this is outrageous........I know people who had a SWAT team show up at their house at about 4AM, which was the wrong house. The police chief chalked it up to occasional mistakes made be the police.
