Thank you for the info! My son left his chocolate milk bottle under the seat and it blew up in the summer heat. This info made removal of the seat much safer knowing about the air bag harness under the seat.
First! Thank you for holding my hand and getting out my from seat! I am grateful! My plan was to do this project all in one fell swoop. We now have to us the car in a day or so... Soooo... can I re-hook up the Car battery and drive the car with the front passaenger seat still out and not electrically hooked back into the car electrical system? Thanks Rex

My car door passenger side doesn’t not want to lock could the grey color wire hook/click thing be the issue? Because when I slightly move it it does work. Glad I saw this video because now I know the other one is for the air bag!
After removing the seat and unplugging the airbag plug! Can I plug the battery and run the engine with unplugged airbag plug? Does that cause problems?

yes you can drive it without a seat, just make sure battery is disconnected when plugging back in

At 2:50, you refer to “that battery”. Are you referring to the main car battery? That’s the only battery I know of in the car.
