    All of your videos get me really pumped up... I’m a beginner and I can barely hit the ball, but that won’t stop me! I’m 5’7 (I don’t know if that’s considered short or not-) and I wanna get better at jumping and spiking and many other skills.
    Too bad I don’t have a net, or a gym that I can use, but I’ll figure out a way to get better at playing volleyball, even if I’m practicing at home all by myself, or with a friend!

    Thank you for your jump training exercise videos coach! Im 16 and my height is 5'5. I have a good vertical but I hope it will increase. I think ur vids are helping a lot. Keep it up!!

    I went from sitting on the bench and hardly being able to dunk - to averaging several dunks per game, being a beginner, and winning the state championship right after following this vertical jump training! This is the finest vertical jump program I`ve ever done and I’ve attempted them all. I found this jump tip on Google. It’s Julian Jumρosen

    Soooo here is how it went...
    STRETCH examples star jumps, running in your place, jump rope
    1- Plank
    2- Stretch/frog squats
    3- Weight squats
    4- Heavier weight squats
    5- Jump to a platform while holding 6 KGs in both hands (with stairs on the side so you can go down easily)
    6- Jump to a platform while holding 6 KGs in both hands HIGHER
    7- Jumping from a platform with one leg and punching the air high with the same side's hand, while the pushing the other leg's knee high into the air
    8- Setting up obstacles and jumping on them like you're on a First person old school Mario game 10:20
    9- Sit ups
    10- Plank
    STRETCH

    Awesome workout guys, it is really similar to my leg workouts. Keep up the good work and great videos. Hopefully in the future I can play volleyball in the NCVA league or tournament. It seems to be more competitive than in Sac.

    @elevateyourselfnow hey man loved the video. so inspired. I'm totally interested in training for a few weeks this summer. I'm 5'3 with a standing reach vert of 9'6 and a running vert of about 10'2.

    1) how much I should rest before start different type of workout, for instant between squat and box jump?
    2) is running bad for jumping?

    For the box jumps, is the little step down on the side also part of the training or is it just a safer way to get down?
    I'm thinking the latter since you're only stepping down on the one side and not switch sides or anything.

      Nike Air Zoom Hyper Attack
      They're basically the best volleyball shoes you could expect from Nike. Kinda expensive though.

    I honestly still think anything above 5'6 is tall. I spike as someone 5'2 it's not easy

      John Phuc I'm 5'4 if that makes you any better and through a few years I can consistently hit any set now , just takes time 5'2 is on the short side but we're both still equally short lmao

      +Elevate Yourself Thanks for answering. :D To be honest, I don't really like heavy weight leg workouts... I mean I AM 16 and having some knee problems already. Good thing is, this past year I've got my vertical to around 30inches and being just 180cm I can touch around 320cm :D
