@@devajyoti2753 we have it here in USA sold in super market mostly in asian market. In Philippines we called that( Alugbati) and yes it is similar to spinach. I love those leafy vegetable. Any vegetables i like, i grow up with those food so any of your cooking here is not strange to me. Thanks for sharing ....👍👍👍

My God.. that method of cutting vegetables is very primitive and dangerous. its also tedious. i skipped the cutting part i just couldn't stand the thought of the woman getting into an accident. someone must teach them how to use the knife properly asap!

No.It's stem and leaves are used .They are somewhat like spinach but taste is bit different. You call them pui sagh.
