There is no hard and fast rule to sleep for continuous 8 hours sleep in one go. It is that a human being should get a 8 hours sleep in a day no matter it's a 6hour night sleep and 2 hours nap in between whole day mostly during afternoon. And my point was to sleep before 11pm so that you don't get too tired and wake up before 4/5am so that you can start your day before sunrise. That morning time is calm and quite and helps a lot in various ways
