Blue light emit karne waale displays ki wajeh se hamari body proper sleep nahi le paati aur aise mein aage chal ke bahut si diseases ho sakti hai. Blue Light Filter ko use karna, iOS ka night shift mode, ya fir f.lux ek accha option ho sakta hai. Mujhe umeed hai ki aapko yeh video pasand aayega.

    Sahi kaha aapne melatonin ka secretion andhre me hota hai aur glass milk se bhi pura hota hai aur din me zyada mobile use Kiya ho jaise 4 hours to raat me neend nahi aaegi 2 ager physical work na kiya ho to ,chahe 1 ghante pehle mobile band kar de usse bhi koi faida nahi hoga ager din me zyada mobile use Kiya ho ,main neend ki 2 tablet khata hun jab mobile zyada use karta hun .hath pairo me dard mehsus hota hai jab mobile zyada mehsus karta hun .

    Sleep in between 10:30-11:00pm and wake up in between 4:00-4:30am. Your life will change. Trust me.

      Good question.
      Our body is genetically programmed to sleep at night and work during day. So when we get proper full night sleep, we tend to produce more and more. It helps us bringing life into systems. Living by systems is what helps us building a promising and healthy lifestyle and which brings happiness. I guess that's what matters the most in life, ain't right?

      There is no hard and fast rule to sleep for continuous 8 hours sleep in one go. It is that a human being should get a 8 hours sleep in a day no matter it's a 6hour night sleep and 2 hours nap in between whole day mostly during afternoon. And my point was to sleep before 11pm so that you don't get too tired and wake up before 4/5am so that you can start your day before sunrise. That morning time is calm and quite and helps a lot in various ways

      Technicalgalaxy I was just confused .blue light filter turns screen red but reading mode turns it yellow so
      I was a bit confused :!

      Prateek Singh bro you don't need to be confused by applying blue light filter you turn off the blue light only but you can get different colour and shade by red and green light from your smartphone screen
