Good idea! Well done. I wonder if you could cut the radius into another piece of metal and tap around the hole, once you've already used that tool, to smooth it out. Without a backer, you'd have to use many many light taps - but I'm just trying to think of how you'd do this in a location where it shows and you want it finished to a high level. In a similar vein, I've used two sockets of different sizes in a shop press to form dimples (for example: ruclips.net/video/dw94Gc8yQB0/видео.htmlsi=IZsUeZe8c6Mk-Y7u&t=69).
