Waaah, so happy for you, Samantha, and for the worms!! That fluffy pulverized cardboard looks yummy!!! (Lol, my worm filter is ON.) Lovvve to see you reinvesting massively back into the business, showing how huge the big picture is! So inspiring ❤❤ - Cassie
Wow congratulations! Happy for you guys....Heck that looks like you could sell it for attic insulation..... I don't know that for sure but that's what I thought of.
Gosh! I've played with making bedding like that, but the process I came up with was too time/resource-consuming for the small amount of output I was able to make. I wonder if there is something like that for a not-so-commercial level. I just looked at the price tag on that, and HOLY COW! 😱 But I bet you're right... It'll pay for itself in no time! That's a lot of bedding!

Thank you any one can do it with hard work, determination and sacafices!!
I saw a study that determined that cardboard is better than any other bedding for fattening and breeding
It does work great!!
On a non - commercial level, a swing grinder or similar, will turn out corrugated cardboard and egg flats just like that, like cotton candy.
Do you have a photo of this?
Would Love to know what a swing grinder is
Me too

@theangryrooster2116 hadn't thought about that. Maybe I could use it to replace my insulation in my cold room lol
A little better than the Amazon Basics !! But the Amazon's boxes are the best cardboard for my redwigglers for sure !! lol 😉
Its definatley better but ive had my amazon basic for years, still going strong. This will save me so much time.
What a beast!!
