I'd like to think that INTx works behind the scene while ENTxs are working publicly manipulating others. Also, as an INTP, I will actually follow whoever leads and do what I can to satisfy their wants.
As an ENTP in a similar situation, I would have a conflict with the ENTJ, but our main ideas would be similar, if not the same.
As another INTP, I just tend to follow people who is willing to take the lead. (Mostly because I'm too lazy to do something...)
As an INTP as long as the leader doesent stray from the reasons why i follow them i will not collapse their rule
