Maokai JG Ranked Match Mar 3, 2024

It was probably a good idea to mute everyone before this game started. I'm sure chat was wild. I did my best to read where Yi was and counter jungled to the best of my ability knowing that they were getting uncontested dragons. I'm pretty sure the enemy team got very comfortable with such a massive early game lead. Some of the plays gave up too much of their lead. They became greedy for kills. Underestimated my team. I soon figured that if I could keep smolder alive we would win. The others on the team did a fantastic job as well, taking care of things in different parts of the map.
This isn't a game I will soon forget.
Maokai was considered a 4.5 rating during draft. I was last pick. I had been running Karthus before this. Tanking is rough. Went positive with assists though =).
I feel very beat up mentally after this one. The LP gains have been traumatic. 30+ for a loss 17-20 for a win. Like what is going on? Of course I'm trying to climb. What's the big deal?
