  • In this video you will learn how to manage your emotions to perform at your best in ice hockey. Emotions change at any moment in a hockey game, and your emotions may have influence over your thoughts, and your thoughts in turn can change your performance on the ice. The main tool used to manage emotions is conscious breathing and you will learn the importance of establishing a rhythm, using inspiration, and setting a direction on your focused breathing to relax or invigorate your mind and body.

      Best of luck! I recommend practicing today a few times to be best prepared. You can also add visualization into the breathing as well. Picturing yourself making the best possible plays in your mind and then doing them in the game.
