How do you clean out the fan on the back of the T21 or T22? The fan on the back of my T21 air fryer is clogged up and it is now overheating & smells like it's on fire almost! 🔥🚒🧯😨
i Have cleaned the inside of the air fryer out and it is almost like new it's just the fan at the back
We just use a damp cloth.
At the point "When using it for the first time..." means "Turn off the frying basket" only that you have to close / push it into the machine and nothing else...

How does one find and connect to the app?
Are there other accessories for cooking? For instance smaller containers for smaller portions of food? And is it possible to use baking paper line the 'basket'?
Other accessories not sure sorry, baking paper yes.

I just bought this and am setting it up and all is well however the part where it says remove basket as in the video I also was not sure what that meant so I pulled the thing on the bottom out like in the video, was the the correct thing to do to get it ready to start cooking?
Do you have go pull off the rubber tabs from the tray first before using?
@Mike I finally found an answer and no you don't have to pull off the rubber but whatever you do after you do the first run empty and you start cooking with it, if you bought the pape- like placemats you can buy to put inside DON'T EVER put it in without heavy food on top of it so obviously don't put the paper in while preheating. I stupidly made this mistake thankfully, it was a short preheat, so there was no full-on fire, but any longer than 3 minutes or if I wasn't in the kitchen, it would have been bad. Good luck!

Just bought one of these I have just moved to the UK from US can you keep temperature as F?
Yes. You can change between C & F by pressing both temp. buttons at the same time I believe.

You have to pres both buttons (temp+,temp-) at the same time and hold them for more than 5seconds.

You know it is funny most companies these days are using the word smart and technology just to draw suckers in! 😠🙄 it's hardly turbo air technology it's simply a bigger better fan 😂🤣 It is a great little air fryer still though. I have got the T21 & the T22
