This trailer would've been way better if they cut out all the part about the girl being recruited and trained, just presented as 4 guys that work as a serial killer pack, but something goes wrong with this one girl. That's it. They shouldnt even show why something goes wrong. Just hint that it does. That gives you enough to know what's it's about, but leaves room to the imagination, thus making you more interested.
its even more confusing that four guys get away with a weekly hunt of young women who all mysteriously disappear after publicly (they meet in a diner ffs) meeting with the four guys and going into the woods. do the cops in the area just suck or does the newspaper never report the women missing? also, who just agrees to a date alone with these four douchbags in formal attire going into the woods? questions that this movie will probably never explain.

They ruined any chance of this being remotely decent by spoiling the ending. Had they pitched this movie simply as girl gets attacked in the woods then that audience would have had the pleasure of discovering the tables being turned on the attackers and her being trained. Knowing now that she is some trained agent completely takes away the surprise, suspense and feeling of danger.

the boys are 17 in the movie and she is 19. so apparently when the boys were 5 year olds the guy made this decision to train a child for 12 years to fight them. oh and he let them kill TWENTY girls before letting abigail breslin fight them. makes so much sense. also, 20 young, blonde white girls all getting murdered in the same area? yeah, thats completely under the radar and they'd totally get away with that -_-
This was not at all a good movie. In fact I watched it because I thought it would be a good "bad movie," a movie so bad it's enjoyable, but it wasn't even that. If she needs backup, I'm there, just like I expect her to back me up. However for combat, my wife is untrained with no fighting instinct, so she'd be little more than a speed bump. Tried teaching her some judo and she just doesn't realize the value of it. Good thing she's a natural with a gun.

I have many problems with this film after I watched it. For starters if they knew the killers where those four boys why did they have to use her instead of just having them arrested. Also the movie makes it seem as if the girl was trained entirely for fighting them, when they are roughly the same age. Where they killing blondes since they were 5? Lastly it had no backstory as to why she was being trained or what program was training her. They only ever showed the guy who taught her to fight. Was it just him the whole time teaching her To fight?!? For all I know she could have just been kidnapped by him as a little girl and he just made it seem to her like she was being trained to fight.

I like the idea of this movie. Very female empowering, how men think they can over run girls and hunt them down easily like stray deer, when they don't know what we are capable of.
it had a lot of plot holes but I personally enjoyed it. I think that it was a photographer's directorial debut so the cinematography is really artistic and unique. As far as female empowerment, I was smiling my head off as she took down these boys.

Having trained for over a decade in martial arts (which uses cruelties similar to those I mentioned above), I learned women may be weaker, but strength isn't everything either. Lots of girls in my school, and some of them were vicious. I never saw them as needing protection...
Even with my wife, I let her stand up for herself. If she needs backup, I'm there, just like I expect her to back me up. However for combat, my wife is untrained with no fighting instinct, so she'd be little more than a speed bump. Tried teaching her some judo and she just doesn't realize the value of it. Good thing she's a natural with a gun.

i love the plot but the acting from some of them is bland
I have many problems with this film after I watched it. For starters if they knew the killers where those four boys why did they have to use her instead of just having them arrested. Also the movie makes it seem as if the girl was trained entirely for fighting them, when they are roughly the same age. Where they killing blondes since they were 5? Lastly it had no backstory as to why she was being trained or what program was training her. They only ever showed the guy who taught her to fight. Was it just him the whole time teaching her To fight?!? For all I know she could have just been kidnapped by him as a little girl and he just made it seem to her like she was being trained to fight.
Entire movie in under 3 minutes? Efficient.
