Stores and hotels are not public property so the ones filming could have been asked to leave by employees. Also there is a right way and wrong way to get a video of a celebrity. If the guy at the store had asked if he could have a minute of his time to do a quick video or take a photo together Cena would have done it. As for the hotel video that is in my opinion borderline stocking following him into a elevator and recording what floor he is on if it was posted while Cena was there then you cause possible risk to Cena and the hotel.
