- Taylor Swift reportedly wants to stay out of the ongoing legal feud between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni-but is that even possible? In this video, we break down all the evidence suggesting that Taylor may have played a bigger role in It Ends With Us than she’s letting on. From casting decisions and creative input to leaked text messages and music controversies, we examine why Taylor seems to be backing away now that the film is facing major backlash. And more importantly-why isn’t she publicly standing up for her friend if Blake’s claims are true? Could it be that even Taylor suspects Blake isn’t telling the whole story? Let’s dive in. 🚨👀 #TaylorSwift #BlakeLively #justinbaldoni
Am I the only one that finds it weird that women 35+ are always pictured strolling hand in hand like silly teenage girls?
@@SusanLusk-u9y It does seem very juvenile!
I was going to say the same thing! It’s weird and childish.😂
I'm a woman and IT'S WEIRD! I'm starting to think it's a power move! She's so manipulative!
They are obsessed with maintaining their youth. Taylor has spoken publicly about how she’s worried her career is going to end soon because of her age. She built her career on songs about boys and her audience is mostly teenage girls. So far she looks young, but once she starts looking like a mature woman, she won’t be able to keep going in this fashion. Blake on the other hand has only been famous in Gossip Girl where she was a teen and her fans back then were also teens. They both have not known fame outside of teenage-centred stuff. They are probably delusional about their own age
@@SusanLusk-u9y these women never had a “normal” teenage experience so maybe that’s why they’re always acting like they’re still teenagers 🤷🏻♀️
She knew from day one, she feed on it and now wanna wash her hands about it. Also, how the hell they got a younger lily and didnt use her for the whole film when she is closer to the proper character age?
Ya there was lots of feedback from fans of the book who were allegedly upset with casting someone much older than the character but it's Blake so she probably bulldozed her way into the audition 😂
@@TheRundownYTCColleen Hoover has been always BL's fan, she wanted her for this role in the first place and I believe it was her condition when JB negotiated buying the rights to the book series. Allegedly😅 because that's how they describe it to us.
I'm of the opinion that Blake and Taylor are co-ordinating all this publicity together behind the scenes. I suspect their PR agencies are working together.
I hadn't thought about them working in conjunction - but it's definitely a possibility. I naturally am more inclined to believe that Taylor would put her image and reputation first so if she has to distance herself from Blake then she will do that but it's an interesting thought for sure!
@@TheRundownYTCthey are WME AGENCY
I’m also suspecting a conspiracy among these women-and a connection between Taylor, Roman Farrow, and Megan Twohey from The New York Times indicates a strong likelihood of collusion.
I agree. I think that this whole "Taylor wants to distance herself" is a complete PR fabrication.
From what I understand Taylor's PR is stating she is distancing herself from Blake and Blake's PR is saying they are still friends and there is no distancing. TS is ruthless and will drop Blake like a hot potato if she needs to.
Team Justin ❤
Taylor can’t wash her hands of this. She knew full well everything that’s going on. That whole Nicepool thing is such a Taylor Swift Easter egg move. She really has a lot of common ground with these horrible people. She’s godmother to their children. She put all their daughter’s names in her songs. She’s never going to back away from them, maybe in public but she is wholeheartedly on their team. She was fully entangled in this scenario, as she is a self proclaimed Mastermind. She doesn’t get to call herself that, but also play the role of innocent wittle girl who didn’t know any better 👉🏻👈🏻
@@Youraveragemillenial I completely forgot that she's the godmother to their kids. You're right!!
People like that don't have friends. They might Form coalitions and have allues, but no authentic friends
According to Lady C, her contacts told her that Blake approached Colleen Hoover to get the rights to the next book and Colleen told her that their was a morality clause attached to the rights and if Justin did anything ontoward the rights would automatically revert back to her. Work that one out 🧐
@@waywardrachel9637 who is Lady C?
Lady Colin Campbell
Any sources?
There is no morality clause 😅
@brookemckinley5709 Lady C is a British Aristocrat/ content creator and she has contacts in Hollywood
Not a fan of Taylor - never have been tbh. She strikes me as a mean girl from all the gossip that has been stated about her over the years.
Why does it seem that so many of these 'celebs' are truly horrible people? Maybe this field of employment attracts more than its fair share of narcissists? I don't know but my approbation of any celebrity is pretty much non existent now...
Celebrity culture as we know it is crashing down. Times have changed and PR images are known to be fake. It's about time. There are only a handful of celebrities that seem to be genuinely nice, down to earth people - like Keanu Reeves. I bet Hollywood are in for one big shock and the Baldoni v Lively case has blown this whole thing wide open!
Let’s remember Taylor never denied not speaking with Justin …. Despite just Turing up and accidentally bumping into Justin
They're ALL saying that Taylor read Blake's (really Ryan's) rooftop scene edit and said that it was great. So Blake (Ryan) rewrote the scene in a short amount of time and Taylor still had the chance to read it to form an opinion before they had this ambush meeting at BL and RR's house. She was HEAVILY involved. These ladies are coordinating PR to get Taylor out of trouble because she has the most social currency to lose at this time. BL, RR, and TS want to save Taylor so that they can try to ride her coattails back up after this "dies down."
1:54 i believe Justin's account of that meeting because this version was referenced in writing before ish hit the fan. The responses to that message, did not deny Taylor was there but it double down that Taylor supported her contribution.
@@ZuriKeita I believe Justin too, so far he's the only one who has been consistent.
I believe Taylor was very involved in the making of show ! She only wants out because things are not looking good for her “ friend “
I believe she was involved too!
Very good point! Both outspoken feminists, yet bailing on your best friend during an alleged Sh? BL is not believable.
@@Ashbyee It's suspicious to say the least!!
Agree. The only true feminist in this story?
Justin Baldoni.
@jgwents Good point!!
Taylor cares more about her career then her friends imo 🤷🏻♀️
I think so too! She hasn't gotten to where she is without putting her business first!
@@TheRundownYTC you’re exactly right!!
The whole scenario of having a meeting in their penthouse, gives off vibes of, I went to his hotel room, and I was intimidated
I feel that Taylor Swift isn't openly defending Blake because Taylor has spent years and years building her career and image, and they are deeply tied to each other. Taylor's image is carefully crafted to make her into the world's ultimate girl's girl. For Taylor to admit to being that close with an ultra-mean girl, like Blake Lively, AND have a hand in Blake's most recent span of behaving like the ultimate banshee of Hollywood, it could put a huge dent in that super nice, super supportive, girl's girl image. It's important to remember that a very large number of Taylor Swift's fans are deeply tied to that image, even as it continues to look even more odd, tired, and extremely juvenile as Taylor rapidly gets closer and closer to being 40 years old. Those fans are rabid and devoted... so long as the curated image of their blonde, flawed-in-all-the-right-ways, feminist messiah stays as it is. If anything should shake that image, Taylor stands to lose big. While she may want us to all think that her gal pals come first, the reality is that Taylor is always a businesswoman first and foremost. The gal pal thing is just the façade. Let's be real here. Taylor Swift will dump anyone and anything if it stands to ruin her business. She would get rid of her cat like a gangrene limb if it threatened her empire. Taylor has dumped plenty of gals from her "girl squad" in the past for angering or threatening her over far less. Remember when she used to besties with pretty much only Victoria Secret models? Where are most of them now? It's almost as if they were just another phase in her life(don't get me started on that phase) and evolving image... just like Blake Lively will be. If Taylor still wants to break into Hollywood, she will find a new gal pal to use.
I remember her girl Squad cerca 2014/2015. She has had problems with Katy Perry, Karlie kloss, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Diplo, Scooter Braun, John Mayor, Calvin Harris, Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler just to name a few but she always seems to come out on top of the scandals - this new scandal with Baldoni may not be easy to get out of. Especially with the new lawsuit against Blake. It's not just Baldoni, it's wayfarer productions, Jennifer Abel and Jed Wallace. This whole story allegedly involves Swift so it's not easy to get out of with so many lawsuits flying around that centre around this movie. She really is a businesswoman first so I think that will be reflected in how she navigates the next few weeks.
@TheRundownYTC I agree. I think this one is going to be too difficult for Taylor to wiggle her way out of. With the way these lawsuits are going, Taylor will almost certainly have to be involved in depositions and possibly end up on the witness stand in court. Worst of all, both Blake and Justin are trying their hardest to get all of this to play out in public. It's part of their campaign to smear each other. Taylor is going to be caught in the crossfire and won't be able to hand this mess over to her PR team and let them clean it up for her. She will have to be 100% honest because she will under the penalty of perjury. My guess is that Taylor's PR team is already working overtime to erase her connections to Blake as much as possible, hence her suddenly staying far away from Blake. The goal is probably to make the public think that she was little more than Blake's acquaintance, didn't really want to be involved with this project, and Blake elbowed her into being involved. Taylor's team will try to put all of the mean-girl image onto Blake, make Taylor look like an innocent victim, and please Taylor's psychotic fans by making her into something of a martyr. Blake Lively will go down as another Taylor Swift bestie-gone-sour while Taylor comes out on top. I find it both shocking and sad that so few of Taylor's fans ever wonder why she is always the common denominator in all of these now defunct friendships. Between that and her friendship with the extremely toxic Selena Gomez, I would have to reconsider whether or not that sickeningly sweet girl's girl image is remotely genuine or authentic. It's scary how much Taylor is starting to remind me of Markle.
Didn't taylor have people fired
There have been unverified reports that she demanded the composer of the movie be fired. It will be interesting to find out if it is true and if it is true, how they will show that in court.
Taylor made Travis agree to certain rules before she went public with him. Taylor is HATING this dragon shit! 😂 Accountability needed!
I can only imagine the dragons comment made everything a whole lot damning! It sure doesn't look good for anyone on Blake's side
There is an Access Hollywood interview with Justin B where he states that Taylor along with Blake saw Isabella's casting tape and said yes, hire her. I believe it is 8/7/2024 around 4 min mark
@@SusanLusk-u9y Thank you for that. I'll give it a look now!
Beige Plantation needs to go.
Sometimes you make bunch of wrong and false friends, and you were in it to trying to help your friend but later you found out what you did was not good and you have been used for not doing something good. This is my feelings of taylor. Her intentions was not to destroy Justin, she was trying to be a friend to side on Blake’s side. There is a difference between she was involved for what purpose. Use your intuition to feel Taylor‘s action, try not use your own projection or deep seeded hate and anger to judge a person. I hope taylor learn her lesson for what kind of people she allows to be in her life, especially in Hollywood, very very few are wroth for be a real friend.
Cancel Hollywood.
Taylor definitely is and that’s why she pay’s so much for pr.
Love this channel ❤
@@katieforsyth2089 that really means a lot to me. Thank you so much ❤️
I bet Taylor won’t ever speak out about this. She probably knows Blake’s a mean girl but as long as she’s not a mean girl to Taylor she doesn’t care. I love Taylor but over all this bs
I agree, I don't think she will comment if she doesn't have to. But if she is deposed by the court then she legally will have to talk.
@ oh yeah I didn’t even think about that 🫢
Excellent question you ask. Very strange people, especially Taylor don't defend her!
@@renekirebornrenekireborn4777 It's very strange when you think about it - your best friend tells you they've been SH'd to the point where they file a lawsuit and your reaction is to publicly say "I don't want to be involved". It tells me that Taylor doesn't believe Blake.
They were very close friends so at the very least Blake must have been confiding in Taylor about a lot of stuff. Taylor has knowledge about the state of Blake’s marriage, her ambitions, and her strategies for furthering her career and achieving her ambitions. She’ll know the truth about Blake and Ryan’s intentions towards Baldoni and how much they may have wanted to take over his film and wrestle the film rights to the sequel. It’s not a stretch to think that Taylor was Blake’s go-to person for advice and guidance. I see Taylor’s PR strategy is to try and get the public on her side and support her claims that this all has nothing to do with her. It’s a precursor to her upcoming legal fight not to be deposed and, if it gets settled before that, a pr strategy to distance herself from the situation so her connection will all be forgotten. Taylor has to be hoping Blake and Baldoni settle before depositions and discovery. Not coming out publicly in support of her bestie’s claims is in my opinion a clear message to Blake that if she continues on this path she can be assured Taylor will not go down with her. Besties they may be, but if Taylor feels she was innocently used by Blake as a pawn to intimidate people to get her way, Taylor will not support that behaviour. If however Taylor is much more involved than that she must be panicking. It’ll be very interesting and revealing what Blake’s amended lawsuit will contain. Blake’s lawyers must be working very hard to get Jenny Slate to join them as a co-plaintiff on the sh allegations. If Blake doesn’t come back with significant evidence to support her case then it’ll be dead in the water for her. Baldoni on the other hand still has a very strong case against her for alleged extortion and defamation. Anyway I’m eagerly awaiting Blake’s amended lawsuit which is due imminently.
You make excellent points there!! I believe they will settle out of court if things don't improve for Blake i.e she has no real evidence to back up her claim and Baldoni keeps producing evidence to show the contradictions on her lawsuit. But like you said the amended complaint is due before the 14th (I believe) so it will be very very interesting to see what's added. I think it's make or break for her
@ thank you! 😊. I love your breakdown and views. I agree with everything you’ve presented on this topic. Like you I absolutely believe in Justin’s innocence and counter claims. Good luck with your channel and very interesting content.
@@Proxima2 Thanks a million for your lovely comment ❤️
I heard that there were surveys and 97% were Baldoni Team which is a huge number indeed. But.. 3% for BL Team also come across as too much ... I mean, who are these people and where are they? I have not read any BL Team's comments in the last couple of weeks. Anyone here maybe?
@@SpillTheTeaAndCrochet Good question, I have had a couple of comments on other videos from Blake supporters saying to me "sad to see you, a woman, tearing another woman down", "team Blake" etc but only a few, not many. But I haven't received comments like that in about a week so maybe the 3% has dwindled?
Taylor’s brain right now: “I fucked up I fucked up I fucked up I fucked up…”
😂😂😂
No doubt this is about PR, if this is true, it validates all of the mean girl rumors about TS
Ok I’ll say it, the main reason so many people love Blake is bc she’s besties with Taylor and it’s mostly swifties that love and support Blake 🤷🏻♀️ just calling it as I see it. And Taylor knows she’s a mean girl but as long as she’s not mean to her and kisses her butt publicly she’s good with Blake 🙄
It’s literally high school all over again.
Younger Lily truly has NO charisma, bad choice by Taylor if that was true. Blake is way more charismatic, too bad she is the way she is. She'd probably benefit from working hard without connection at least once in her life. I also do wonder if Taylor actually didn't vote for Isabella, and that Blake just threw her name out there.
I'm sure Swift is a good business person but that doesn't mean she can't have terrible taste in friends. From what I've heard, Swift and Lively got together when Swift was between boyfriends and Lively was at a loose end and for several months they were inseparable. I suspect that something in Lively got annoyed with Baldoni's female ally stance and constant concern with keeping her comfortable and engaged, and decided to see how far she could push him. Swift, I suspect, was happy to support her in this, maybe she had been bullied as a child and it was thrilling to be a bully for once. However, when Lively, probably to detract from the criticism of her behaviour during the film's promotion, decided to publicly denounce Baldoni and Baldoni immediately came back with a law suit and evidence to back it up, Swift realised her friend had overstepped and that her own image was now in jeopardy. Her own business instincts and PR team would have told her to back away fast. Mean girls can be exciting to run with when everything is going their way but they can do a lot of damage to everyone around them, friend or foe, if things go wrong.
I completely agree that Lively pushed Baldoni to see how far she could take it. It seems like she walked all over him but she's taken it too far and now the gloves are off! When push comes to shove, I believe Taylor will choose her reputation and career over her friendship with Lively! If she can back away from this then she will!
A lot of the things attributed to TS come only from BL. The actress that played the younger female character never said she got that info from TS herself. As a friend I could see TS giving a song for the movie. Now the firing of the composer is more difficult to explain away. Just trying to see all sides.
@@denisemiller8619 it's always good to see it from both sides and it's important too. That's how we come to the truth. Yes, the young actress said she "later learned" that Taylor had a part in her casting so that could've come from Blake (and not have been the truth)
We do have Blake saying at a conference that Taylor was with her every step of the way, but again, in a courtroom that could be argued as emotional support, the alleged firing of the composer (if true) will be extremely hard to defend. It basically comes down to two things (as I see it) 1- did Blake use Taylor's name and Taylor didn't know what was happening or 2) did Taylor help Blake in the alleged tale down of Baldoni. The jury is still out ... But it is definitely an interesting aspect of this case
HG Tudor has a playlist in which he comes to analyse and classify TS as a narc. You might find it interesting. Allegedly she is a "greater," ie a narc who knows what she is.
TS has an amazing team around her. Not like you typically surround yourself with people who say "yes" or tell you what you want to hear. I'm sure they have consulted with someone who has BDO training and that person has been very real with her and she will listen. The truth is she was manipulated by a "Celebrity" friend and they will make the distinction between "True Close Friend" and "Celebrity Friend". She's not going to lie for the BL/RR team and she's going to make it very clear to them. That will organically distance TS from BL/RR. The issue here is you're dealing with someone with classical NPD and she doesn't hear the word "No" and nothing is ever her fault. I guess that someone on the BL/RR team is going to take the fall for everything IE someone on their PR or marketing team and they will be paid very well to do so. BL/RR are more afraid of the bad press than anything else. It's what started this all in the first place. Unfortunately doubling down on the lies and false SH narrative is the only way forward to them.
@@wesshort7202 I agree, Taylor probably has the best team imaginable and you're right - they deal with facts and probably said that it's not looking good for Blake so you better distance yourself
I like Taylor's music, but let's be real, her number one goal in life is being the most famous person on earth. So she has a tough choice because remaining friends with Lively could really tarnish her, but the public could also react badly to her ditching a 'friend' of so many years. Tough one. Either way I bet she's pissed at Lively for putting her in this situation.
I'd definitely say she is pissed at Blake for all of this!!
Her music is meaningless, aside from her hardcore fans noone will remember her music, not even for being rich ' n famous.
