Excellent brother, I request you to upload bishops theory and problem please.....
Thank you
Wow ♥️..
But that volume u calculated is Area in meter square.
So the unit of weight also changes to KN/m^2..?
Very nice video
Fantastic video! Well done sir!

Helped me alot... Thank you sir
Thank you so much sir
excellent explanation brother.
Thank you
When I calculate this exam the FS=2.630, can you explain to me that how did you find it to be FS= 1.14. Please
@@vedprakashmaralapalle5360 i watch the full video, but still i couldn't find the answer. i get 2.6 too
@@kamiliasharir962 its calculation mistake, answer is 2.79
@@vedprakashmaralapalle5360 thank you so much for your reply.
Very helpful Thank you 🙏💕
Can u please make a video on Bishop's simplified method with 2 layers of soil strata?
thank you
HII VP, COULD YOU UPLOAD A VIDEO ON FELINEOUS METHOD OF SLOPE STABILITY . IT WOULD BE A GRATE FAVOUR FOR ME AND SO AS TO OTHER
Isn't the felinius method the same as swedish ?
Wonderful 💕🥰
Sir if the problem is for the failure impending circle...The fs value will go high??
Ek no bhai
This helped
thank you very much its very helpful. its possible to get help one to one ?
Thank you
Very helpful
Thank you
Good explanation ...thank u sirr
Thank you
Thanku so much sir solve my biggest problem also subscribe your channel

Is Swedish and fellenius angle method same?
thank you sir .....i have doubt the value of angle of deflection ( delta ) is find out by protector or some assumption or may some other way to find the value of delta
Use anything you have to measure an angle whether it is protactor or by trigonometry 🤨🤨🤨
where is length of arc sir ? (like where it is given)
In dec 2016 mumbai university the question asked about Swedish circle method stated that (slope of embankment is 1:1. 5). Sir what is the meaning of it? Please.. reply sir🙏🙏
1:1.5 in this 1 is vertical distance and 1.5 is horizontal distance.
1/1.5 = tan @
Thank you so much Sir🙏🙏
Doesn't the orientation angle with reference to the global affect value of N in slip 1 and 2 as well ? I think Slip 1 and 2 should be negative in both N and T
Yeah it should have been
@@hmmm4262 no... cos(-angla)= +ve value but sin(-angle)= -ve value...
Awesome , thanks
Thanx a lot bro
Very interesting.
Thank you
Can you please upload the Bishop's simplified method?
thank you sir
Welcome 😊
Really helpful video
is it fellenius method of slices??
How to calculate area for each slice
Thanks sir..😃
Sir, if that 4m distance and the 10m radius isn't provided, how will the wedge construction be possible?
If radius is not given, Assume suitable data.
Nice sir
I applied your final formula with the same numbers for FS but I don’t get 1.14, can you please explain
its calculation mistake, answer is 2.79
Thanks🤘
Sir can we make only 6 slices ?? 5slices of 2m width and last one of 2.7m width?
Yes, you can.
OK sir.. if I did like that what about the accuracy level?
@@sunandasdesai6973 Less slices less accuracy, more slices more accuracy
@@sunandasdesai6973 More slices, more accuracy, lesser slices less accuracy

@@vedprakashmaralapalle5360 pls respond
Sir can u please make a video of swedish cirlce method for purely cohesive soils?
For purely cohesive and undrained the value of phi (internal angle of friction) is zero. We only consider the cohesion value.
I don't know what to say but thank you sir
Thank you
I want to ask a question.I have calculated Fs from Michalowski’s (2002) 1.875 and I have calculated Fs=2.047 from slope stability program. What is the reason of this difference?
As in michalowski's c is not in use
If the mid-ordinates have length in metres and if the width is in metres as well, how does multiplying length*width = volume (which must have a power of m^3) ?? Please help!
We assume 1meter hight.
@@vedprakashmaralapalle5360 The first inclination line you drew with 30 degree angle, how long is that line before you drew the line of depth of 5 m ?
One problem on Fellunious Method
How is the mid ordinate the area?
Good
how can you get volume in (m^3) by multiplying mid ordinate(m) and width(m)? e.g i get --> For no. 1> 0.8m x 2m= 1.6m^2.
Because you are assuming a unit thickness
This is based on the Mid - Ordinate Rule. Mid-ordinate Rule is another method used to find the approximate area under a graph. Since integration between two limits also gives the area under a graph then the Mid-ordinate Rule can often be used as a way of finding an approximate value of a definite integral.
How to solve it mathematically(mathematical formulae) .. I mean not with the help of graphs..
Sir ,how width*midordinate length=volume?
Width *mid ordinate* 1meter unit length =Volume
width x midordinate x 1 m length we consider = volume
Accha sir -ve sign apun 3,4,5,6&7 slice k liye bhi le skte the??ya jo left main ja rha hai self wt k ussi ko lene ka??
Jo left me Ja raha he wo -ve and Jo right me Ja raha he wo +ve
If volume= mid ordinate*width how it's possible , unit is mismatched. Please reply as soon as possible
Throughout length of Depth is consider 1m.
@@vedprakashmaralapalle5360 ok thanks
Nice plz upload more lecture
Can I apply on practical field ..
Yes
nice sir
Ok ty sir
I need your help in a problem of same kind. Can u plz help?
Mid ordinate * width =sq.m ....how can we get volume cubic.m
unit length perpendicular to the plane has been assumed..so width*mid ordinate* 1m=meter cube
Tnx sir..
If radius and BC distance is not given how to locate O point?
You can't locate O point without radius
Thanks but what is" L "
Anyway. The gamma in your question is 18 kN/m³. But, you put it 10 kN/m³ on your last step
Watch it again it's not Gyama, it is radius.
Sir width*middle ordinate=volume ......is it possible
Same question
He considered for 1 metre run which gives area multiply by 1
-ve value is only taken for first two slices of T column not for N column why???

Depth of cut is not given in mu qn paper?
Anas khan if data is missing then we have to assume the data.. Read instructions on the question paper. Assume suitable data.
